2015 annual Retreat: Body, Mind & Soul

This year The GreenHouse Group got together for a day of nourishing exercise, big thoughts next to the big blue ocean, capped by great food and some friendly games with our families.

What came of that day was something we could have never planned for, yet, it was exactly what we had all (secretly) hoped for.

Jeremy & Jesse shared the 5 year vision for the company, collectively, and then we all worked through our 1 year visions, individually.

But what was most unexpected, and exciting, was that we finally defined our Values as a company. And rather than Jeremy & I prescribing them “Top Down” we chose to have each team member contribute what they believed their most important values were, “from the middle.”

Because we believe “Values practiced are inseparable from Value received” we are thrilled to finally present these to you, along with some shots from the rest of the day. Cheers!
