The ignition MUST be turnedOFF before installation!

WARNING!!! Do not turn on the ignitionwhile any connections are unplugged.

1 Remove the seat.2 Remove the left and right hand fair-

ings and the middle cover (Fig. A)

3 Lay the PCIII near the fuel pump(under seat) temporarily.

4 Route the PCIII harness along theright hand side of the bike and gotowards the throttle bodies.

5 Unplug the stock wiring harness fromeach injector (Fig. C).

3 Remove the battery.4 Remove the air box by removing the

bolts at the front (under battery) andrear of the air box (Fig. B).

9 Plug the PCIII harness in-line of thestock wiring harness and ThrottlePosition Sensor (Fig. F).

7 Remove the small black plastic coveron the right hand of the bike.

8 Locate the Throttle Position Sensorand unplug the wiring harness fromthe sensor (Fig. E).

6 Plug the PCIII harness in-line of thestock wiring harness and injectors(Fig. C)

10 Reinstall the airbox while routing theground wire of the PCIII through thebattery location (Fig. G).

11 Reinstall the battery. Connect theground wire from the PCIII to thenegative side of the battery (Fig. H).

12 Secure the PCIII in place using thesupplied velcro (Fi.g J).

13 Remove the regulator/rectifier toaccess the O2 sensor connection(Fig. K).

14 Unplug the O2 sensor from the mainwiring harness.The stock O2 sensor will no longer beconnected to anything. It can beremoved from the exhaust if desired.

15 Reinstall bodywork.**Make sure you have all the electri-cal connectors secure before turningon the ignition.
