The meeting will come to order presided by Dean Maria Nenita D. Cano. Themeeting started with a prayer led by Mr. Sofronio E. Jamile.
Before the start of the main agenda Dr. Cano recap the previous meetingagenda namely: the submission of grades (since there were faculty who uploadedlate the faculty load for the 2nd sem will be limited only to the number of units carryor regular loads), submission of class records (reminding the faculty not to allow thestudents to check the paper like do the recording at the class record), Studentscounseling, Intramurals preparation in which Mr. Belarmino was absent during the
hataw, and accreditation updates.
Civic Parade Assignment
Dr. Cano updates the faculty regarding the schedule of Civic Parade on
August 26, 2012 at Rodelsa Hall. All participants should assemble at
exactly 5:00 oclock in the morning at CU Main gate. Further, she asks
Professor Bazan regarding the previous civic parade. In which Professor
Bazan replied that before there were assigned students who will
provide water for the participants. With that, Dr. Cano instruct the
faculty to select seven (7) students ( 2 students in left and 2 in right
to provide water, 2 students will refill the water and 1 will be the
driver) assigned in different stations to provide water amongparticipants likewise all faculty member is required to join the parade
to supervise the students.
Midterm Examination
The presiding officer informs the member of faculty of instruction the
schedule of the midterm examination on September 3, 4, and 5, 2012.
Reminding the deadline of questionnaire reproduction on August 29,
2012 with attach TOS. Further, remind the faculty to maintain four (4)
or more quizzes every term showing the raw score first ten the

percentage. Furthermore, reminded the faculty to seek first approval
from the Deans Office for simultaneous examination.
Intramurals 2012
The presiding officer asks the CSBO President to discuss the matterregarding the upcoming 2012 Intramurals. The CSBO President discuss
the following:
Solicitation letter That every student will be given
a solicitation letter including the player.
Students Attendance That there were CSBO
officer responsible for signing of attendance every
year level.
Athlete Uniforms The players will be paying halfof the amount of the uniform and the faculty is
free. The schedule for release of Uniform is on
September3, 2012.
The presiding officer suggested that for the faculty uniform instead of
shorts, jogging pants and it is clearly taken by Ms. Tinaco (CSBO
President).
College BIVOUAC
The presiding officer asks the AS Training Director (Prof. Laurence P.
Bazan) as of the preparations for the upcoming BIVOUAC and he
replied that the schedule for the BIVOUAC is on September 14, 15, and
16, 2012 among 1st year and 2nd year students. As to the teaming, the
students are not yet assign by 8 people. There will be selected 3rd year
and 4th year students that will serve as Medics during the activity. Then
during the smokers night Mr. Sofronio Jamile is in-charge.
Silent Drill Competition
The presiding officer asks the Silent Drill Training Officer (JO1 Ricky
Sumalinog) regarding the updates of the upcoming silent drill
competition on September 22. 2012 in Iligan City. Accordingly, as
percent of preparation as of this date is 70% while assuring the
students status is ok. The distribution of uniform is on Saturday. Then
they will be having 1 week practice at the CU farm Lumbia on
September 13 17, 2012. And on September 20, 2012 the schedule for
the Dress Rehearsal at CU Car Park.

Other Matter:
1. Wearing of proper Uniform
The presiding officer reminding the faculty regarding the memo
circulation as to the wearing of uniforms.
For the students Monday and Thursday = type a , Tuesday and Friday
= type b ans Wednesday = wash day
The meetings adjourn at exactly 2:30 in the afternoon.
