Grinch Cookies Ingredients: 1 16.5 oz box Duncan Hines French vanilla cake mix 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 eggs 5 drops green food coloring 1/2 cup powdered sugar 36 Large heart-shaped candies Directions: Preheat oven to 350° F. In the bowl of your mixer cream together cake mix, food coloring, oil, and eggs. Chill the dough for 10-15 minutes. Spoon out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball. Drop into the powdered sugar and coat well. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment and press 1 heart candy into each cookie. Bake until just set, about 8 minutes. (Oven times vary.) Cool on the sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire cooling rack.
