According to him, the quality to become a successful employ is always be loyal to work, and to work hard in your field.
When he faced his junior or say employ then he tell them some method of working and talk with them, So that they have to their work properly.

He share his personal experience of his life, he say that No I have not any type of engineering degree, but I stick with my goal and walk towards.
He started his work as a iron fabricator in small base. And I continuously worked hard and applying new technology in my work.
