Work ExperienceIn Year 9 students develop greater independenceof mind and interests. They seek deeper connections between learning and the worldaround them. Choosing the right subjects andgaining the right experience will give students abetter chance of obtaining the career of theirchoice.

Work experience will help students understandwhat it might be like to work in a particular job.This will support students in deciding what theywant to do for a career and also develop skills andattitudes essential for the world of work.
