Day 1: Unable to reach advertiser-Attempting
Send email to advertiser and Google rep
Received response from advertiser
No response from advertiser
Reach out to the advertiser as per the appointment
provided
Day 2: Call Next Day, if no response, send out an email
to advertiser
Day 3:Call Third day again – If NO response from
advertiser, send out email
If no response, Day 4 :Send out email to Google rep asking
the next course of action
Google rep responds with either appointment or
granting permission to close the lead
No Response from Google rep
Day 5: Next Day send out email to Google rep informing the lead
will be moved to inactive
