LYTFC“Nothin’ But A House

Party” On October 24, 2015 with

the support of over 30 spon-sors, Littleton Youth Football & Cheer is producing a con-cert “Notin’ but a House party” to benefit its membership. The LYTFC program has built a tremendous reputation and has earned the ranking of a nation-

ally competitive league. As LYTFC has grown in its suc-cess, sending multiple football players and cheer teams to com-pete at the AYF/AYC National Competitions. The Cheer teams placed top in the country.

Memories of the 80’s & 90’s will fill the air and friends will hit the dance floor when The Fool’s (http://www.thefools-band.com) , Eddy’s Shoe (http://eddysshoe.com/) and Danny

Klein’s Full House Band (http://www.dannyklein.com) take the stage on October 24 at 5:00 PM at the Boxborough Holiday Inn (Boxborough, MA).

The event, “Nothin’ but a House Party” (http://www.notinbutahouseparty.com) will feature all three bands playing to a crowd that is expected to reach 1,000. The featured bands are both locally and nationally recognized artists for perform-ing favorites and renowned for their covers. And will be playing music from artists such as The Fools, J. Geils, Grateful Dead, Neil Young, Rolling Stones, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Frank Zappa among other artists from the 70’s, 80s and 90s.

“Nothin’ But a House Party” will feature both food and drink concessions and general seating. Tickets are limited. Price per ticket is $35 for general admis-sion/non-reserved seating and can be purchased online at www.notinbutahouseparty.com.

Both The Fools and Danny Klein have long standing careers in the music industry and have earned their spot as major nation-al performers. Both have roots and got their start in here in the Boston area.

The headlining band The Fools have had several hits that made Billboards Top 100 and have performed on US Tours with The Knack, Van Halen, Rush, Joan Jet and more. There full bio can be seen (http://www.thefools-band.com/html/museum.htm). The scintillating lead singer of THE FOOLS has a new project, his band Mike Girard’s Big Swing Thing. It’s A BIG BAND but it’s not your typical Big Band. It’s ROCK & ROLL with HORNS… A ton of them! They have been preform-ing sold out show throughout New England

Danny Klein is the found-ing member of the J. Geils band and is returning from the J. Geils national concert. His Band Danny Klein’s Full house will be preforming a show that celebrates the music of the J. Geils Band. Having the luxury of being in both the J. Geils Band and Danny Klein’s Full House Band keeps Danny Klein doing what he loves best, continuing to put his critically acclaimed licks on music he enjoys.

“Early Maps Of Sudbury-Who Made

Them And Why”A unique and fascinating pro-

gram awaits anyone who has an interest in old maps and the stories they tell on Sunday November 1st at Sudbury Town Hall (Rt. 27/Concord Rd.) at 2PM when the Sudbury Historical Society will present an exhibi-tion of maps from the collec-tion of Robert Maier. The main speaker will be Jan Hardenbergh, a Sudbury resident and member of the Sudbury Historical Society who reports that he “has always loved maps and has been col-lecting and scanning maps of Sudbury for many years.”

Hardenbergh will be discuss-ing how his project evolved and will begin with the six early maps of Sudbury from 1707-1889: who created them and why. For example why did residents on the west side of the Sudbury River

need their own meetinghouse as far back as 1707? What did the Town of Sudbury do to comply with the Resolve of 1794? Which maps were created as commer-cial ventures? In addition he will speak about how his newly pub-lished book, The Historical Maps of Sudbury, came to be and also why the 1677 Foster map of New England and the 1687 plot plan, including Nonesuch Pond, are fascinating for several reasons. Sudbury resident Bob Maier will be displaying the original hand-painted Sudbury Then and Now map and will also have other rare Sudbury maps to complement the Historical Society’s collec-tion. The presentation promises to be an important resource for researchers as well as for those who are interested in the history of early map-making.

Sale items, including framed and unframed maps from the Society’s collection will be available . Refreshments will be

served. A donation of $5 from non-members is appreciated.

The Sudbury Historical Society is a private non-prof-it organization which seeks to preserve the history of Sudbury through its collections and also to make history come alive with its exhibits and programs.

Memorial Congregational

Church In Sudbury“No matter who you are or

where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome here!” Join us for worship this Sunday at 10am. We will join together to sing songs, listen to the preachers’ reflections on the week’s scrip-ture and lean on one another and God in prayer.

Sunday worship service begins at 10 a.m.; youth from pre-K to 8th grade stay with their family in worship for the first 15 min-utes and are invited to leave wor-ship after the children’s moment to go to Discovery Kingdom where they use theater, art, cook-ing, games and more to further

their understanding of the Bible. This fall we are studying the Ten Commandments and the two great commandments. Childcare for infants and toddlers is pro-vided every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. until the end of the service.

Many stories from our scrip-tures take place at a well. In addition to providing life-giving refreshment, communal wells are often the location of God-centered conversations that lead to deeper human relationships.

We gather on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. seeking the same. Our time together is meant to build relationships and be refreshing. A variety of ideas are discussed including cur-rent events, theological ideas, and how we feel called to be “church.” We seek God through liturgy, communion, and other spiritual practices. Sometimes dialogue is inspired by sacred and secular music or video. We conclude with communion.

Everyone is invited to partici-pate as much or as little as com-fortable. Join us on Wednesdays at 7pm in the parlor of MCC located at the corner of Concord Rd and Church St in Sudbury. There is a seat at the table for you. For more information,

“Journey Of The Soul” Adult Ed Course

The Sudbury Jewish Learning Institute presents its newest course “Journey of the Soul” that will examine the soul and its journey through ancient and eye-opening Talmudic teachings.

Some questions are universal to the human experience. Is there life after death? What happens to the soul after we die? What is it like for those who have traveled over to the Great Beyond? These are but a few of the questions addressed in the new six week course launching on Oct 20th in Sudbury.

Journey of the Soul provides spiritual insight into the soul’s

journey through life, death, and beyond, as well as ancient Jewish wisdom that sheds light on the philosophical, emotional, and practical aspects of coping with death and mourning.

Professor Sheldon Solomon of Skidmore College who co-authored the book The Worm at the Core: On the role of Death in Life commented about the JLI course: “This course strikes me as a very fine juxtaposition of ancient theological wisdom with contemporary empirical sci-ence. My sense is that this will be an interesting and rewarding educational and personal experi-ence.” Similar sentiments were expressed by other experts in

the field, including Professor Jeff Greenberg of University of Arizona; Dr. Casey Skvorc from the National Institutes of Health; Pamela Blair, co-author of I Wasn’t Ready to Say Goodbye; and Bianca Nogrady, author of The End: The Human Experience of Death and others.

The course is being offered in joint sponsorship with the Washington School of Psychiatry, enabling medical and mental health professionals to earn up to 7.5 AMA, APA, CBBS, and ASWB continuing education credits for their par-ticipation.

Like all previous JLI pro-grams, Journey of the Soul is designed to appeal to people at all levels of Jewish knowledge, including those without any prior experience or background in Jewish learning. All JLI courses are open to the public, and attend-ees need not be affiliated with a particular synagogue, temple, or other house of worship.

Interested students may call 978-443-0110 or visit www.chabadsudbury.com for regis-tration and other course-related information.

Emerson Hospital Hosts AARP Smart

Driver CourseCars have changed, along

with traffic rules and driving conditions since many people learned to drive decades ago. Hosted by Emerson Hospital and led by an AARP consultant, this five-hour classroom refresh-er course encourages drivers to review the rules of the road, better understand the updated technology in new vehicles and learn strategies to compensate for age-related changes in vision, hearing and response time.

Materials, including a text-book, cost $15 for AARP mem-bers and $20 for non-members, with coffee and lunch included. Some car insurance programs give a discount for people who take the class, you can inquire with your insurance agent.

London Broil Roast With Brussels Sprouts

and Blue Cheese 1 La Cense Beef(r) London Broil 2 cloves garlic 1 sprig rosemary 1 pint Brussels sprouts 1 medium red onion cut in rings 1⁄4 pound Stilton or Roquefort cheese Olive oil 1⁄2 lemon Defrost the roast in the refrig-erator. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Using a food processor or mor-tar and pestle, make a paste of garlic and chopped rosemary with some salt. Spread on the London Broil and leave to marinate for at least an hour, preferably over-night. Clean up the Brussels sprouts by removing any ratty outside leaves, cutting them in half through the root base and giv-ing them a toss in olive oil with salt and pepper. Place them on a roasting pan and cook them in the hot oven for 25 minutes or until they are slightly caramelized and tender to a knife passing through them. Cut the onions into rounds, give them a toss in oil with salt and pepper and roast in the same way as the sprouts. Preheat broiler or prepare bar-becue (medium-high heat). Broil or grill steak until cooked to desired doneness, about 3 min-utes per side for medium-rare. It is important not to overcook the meat and keep it on the rarer side. Also, in order to achieve the best results, let the steak rest well (no less than 10 minutes) before slic-ing it. This will help preserve the juices and allow the meat to relax. Thinly slice steak crosswise. Toss the sprouts with the onion rings and crumble a bit of the blue cheese into the mixture. Season and add a bit of extra virgin olive oil to help the ingredients of the “salad” marry. Squeeze a bit of lemon in as well. Set on top of the roast slices and serve.

Friends Of Marlborough Library

Special ProgramThe Friends of Marlborough

Public Library are pleased to announce the next program of the Friends 2015-2015 Season –their 46th Year-on Wednesday, October 28th at 7 PM as they present “The Battle of the Bulge” with Dr. Gary Hylander, lecturer. This is the second program of the “2015-2016 Special Program Series” chaired by Peggy Ayres.

This past January marked the 70th anniversary of the end of the Battle of the Bulge, the last German offensive of the war. Over the objections of his gen-erals, Hitler ordered a massive counter-attack against Allied forces in the area of the Ardennes Forest. Hitler’s plan was to split the Anglo-American front and to seek a negotiated peace in the West. With over 19,000 Americans killed, the Battle of the Bulge was the largest and bloodiest battle experienced by American forces in all of World War II.

Dr. Gary Hylander earned his Ph.D. at Boston College. His advisor and dissertation direc-tor was noted Boston histori-an Thomas H. O’Connor. He recently retired from Stoughton High School, where he taught AP American History, American Studies and the Presidency. He is currently an independent scholar who specializes as a presidential historian, pedagogical special-ist for the NEH and professor of History at Framingham State University and also is professor of History at Stonehill College, where he specializes as a Presidential Historian and in the

Revolution/Federalist Era. He is a pedagogical specialist mentoring both graduate and undergraduate students at Framingham State College and Boston University. Dr. Hylander is a frequent lec-turer at library forums, histori-cal societies, senior centers and professional organizations and has appeared several times in the Friends Special Program Series.

This program will take place in Bigelow Auditorium at Marlborough Public Library located at 35 West Main Street, Marlborough. Admission is free and open to the public and the auditorium is fully handicapped accessible.

This program is funded and sponsored in part by the Ezra Cutting Trust-Bank of America Trustee, the Marlborough Cultural Council, a local agen-cy which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency, The Friends Memorial Fund, a gift from the Cummings Foundation in honor of Ginger Ryan and the Brigham Family Trust.

She will continue the month’s theme of “why” specifically with regard to our collective First Parish story expanding into the how we can be agents for change and what we might do to be a force for good in MetroWest and beyond.

Learn How To Recognize And

Prevent A Severe Allergic Reaction

Most people know some-one who is allergic to a bee sting, penicillin, or some type of food. What many people don’t know is that these allergic reac-tions can be fatal. “Food aller-gies are increasingly common, especially among children, and thus pose a special risk,” says Sharon Schumack, Director of Education for the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America, New England Chapter.

Allergist John Saryan, MD, will be the group’s speaker on Monday, October 19 at 6:45 p.m. at the Metro-Northwest Asthma & Allergy Educational Support Group, which meets at the Children’s Hospital/Beth Israel Medical Care Center, 482 Bedford St., Lexington. The pro-gram is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is not required.

Dr. Saryan will explain how to recognize, prevent, and treat anaphylaxis, and how to decide when to use epinephrine, the life-saving medication that comes in automatic injector devices that are easy for everyone to use. There will be time for questions and discussion. Dr. Saryan is Chair of the Dept. of Allergy and Immunology at Lahey Hospital

and Medical Center, Burlington, MA.

“It is important for everyone to know how to recognize the symptoms of a life-threatening reaction, and be prepared to give immediate treatment,” says Laurel Francoeur of Woburn, co-leader of the group. “We espe-cially encourage parents, teach-ers, child care providers, and the friends and relatives of people with allergies, to attend. What they learn may help save a life some day.”

AAFA New England orga-nizes educational support group programs throughout the region, publishes a newsletter, and runs a telephone resource and refer-ral line for people coping with allergies and asthma. For more information, or free brochures, call (781)444-7778 or see www.asthmaandallergies.org.

Festive Harvest Craft Fair

The 114th Annual Harvest Craft Fair will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2015, from 10am to 4pm, rain or shine. This event is a fundraiser for First Parish of Sudbury, at 327 Concord Road, Sudbury Center. Admission is $3.00, children under 12 free.

As long as anyone can remem-ber, indeed, for over 100 years, First Parish has held an annual Harvest Fair. Fifty years ago,

this event would reflect the hand-work of the women of the parish: hand-sewn aprons and holiday ornaments, hand-cut donuts and steaming apple pie. The parish kitchen still provides a wonder-ful selection of homemade soups and bread for lunch, coffee and hot chocolate, and there will be plenty of baked goods for sale, but the Fair has evolved over the years into a juried arts and crafts show and sale, offering a wide variety of handmade items.

This year, over 50 talented artisans from Massachusetts and neighboring states, are offering their work for sale. You will find unique handmade gifts including fine jewelry, pottery, handwoven baskets, stained glass, handwo-ven alpaca and fibre art scarves, handmade wooden dolls, beaded and wired jewelry, hand-sewn bags and accessories, folk art, fairy art, unique watercolors, hand-knitted hats, quilted items, original prints and cards, photog-

raphy, hand-dyed silk scarves, pet beds and coats, goat milk soap, and more! Hourly raffles are a great way to win a selection of these artisans’ works. All are welcome to attend!

Contact: Valerie Tratnyek at [email protected] or visit fpsudbury.org for more infor-mation about this event and our Unitarian-Universalist congrega-tion.

lage and other parts of the joint, causing stiffness, pain and loss of movement. Cartilage is a firm, rubbery covering on the ends of joint bones that reduces friction and acts as a shock absorber. With osteoarthritis, the carti-lage loses elasticity and wears away; without the cushioning cartilage provides, the bones can rub against each other. Cartilage deterioration can affect the shape and makeup of the joint so it no longer functions smoothly. Also, bruises called bone marrow lesions can develop inside the bone and may cause knee pain.

Trial results recently pub-lished in a leading arthritis journal showed that chondroitin sulphate treatment significantly reduced cartilage loss and bone marrow lesions from osteoarthri-tis of the knee.

Chondroitin is a natural sub-stance in the body that helps keep cartilage healthy by absorb-ing fluid and providing building blocks to produce new cartilage. Chondroitin may also block enzymes that break down car-tilage.

Recent advances in MRI made it possible for Dr. Jean-Pierre Pelletier and his team at

University of Montreal Hospital Research Centre in Canada to measure for the first time the impact of chondroitin sulfate on cartilage loss and other changes to the joint, including bone mar-row lesions. The latest technol-ogy enabled researchers to mea-sure and demonstrate significant improvements after treatment with chondroitin sulphate.

By six months, patients showed significantly less carti-lage loss compared with those receiving placebo. By 12 months, treatment significantly decreased bone marrow lesion size.

“Reducing bone marrow lesions may help lessen some of the pain associated with osteoar-thritis,” said Dr. Pelletier. “From these results, we can conclude that chondroitin sulfate is a safe drug that significantly reduces the volume of cartilage loss and slows down the progression of osteoarthritis in the knee.” He notes, “Patients must be provid-ed highly purified pharmaceuti-cal-grade chondroitin sulphate, the one used in this study, as this is the only one that can guarantee such efficacy and specifically, safety results.”

Marlborough Public Library

Marlborough Public Library hosts talk: “Using DNA and Its Application to Genealogy:” Thursday, October 22 from 6-8 p.m.

This FREE talk titled: “Using DNA and Its Application to Genealogy” is a basic introduc-tion to DNA and how it can be used to enhance your research of your genealogy. Did you know

your DNA can link you to a known family surname?

Jeff Carpenter is a geneal-ogy enthusiast and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Genealogists, Inc., Middlesex Chapter since 2004 and a Past State Treasurer. Jeff became interested in DNA in 2007 when he had his own DNA tested to see what he could learn and apply to his genealogy. Shortly after receiving his DNA results, he was not only hooked, but was pleasantly surprised to receive an e-mail from the Carpenter Surname group at Family Tree DNA notifying him he was a member.

Join us! Refreshments will be served!

The Marlborough Public Library is located at 35 West Main Street and parking is in the back on Witherbee Street.

Savory Mushroom, Bacon and Gruyere Bread PuddingServings: 6 1/2 pound bacon 1/2 pound (about 1/2 loaf) crusty sourdough bread 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper, divided 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 cups chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped red pepper 1/2 pound sliced button mushrooms 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves 2 teaspoons dried oregano 4 large eggs 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Gruyere cheese, dividedPlace bacon in freezer to chill. This will help make it easier to chop. Heat oven to 375 F. Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes and place in large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over bread and sprinkle with thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper and garlic powder. Toss with spatula to coat evenly, then spread bread evenly in one layer onto rimmed baking sheet. No need to clean bowl yet. Bake bread for 20 minutes or until bread starts to turn golden. Remove from oven and lower oven temperature to 350 F. Remove bacon from freezer and nely chop it. In 3 1/2-quart oven-proof stovetop casserole pan, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Use slotted spoon to move bacon pieces to bowl lined with paper towel. Pour bacon grease out, but don’t wipe out pan. Add garlic to pan and cook over medium heat for 30 seconds or until it starts to smell fragrant. Add onions, celery and red pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add mushrooms and cook until all vegetables are soft, about 5 more minutes. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Pour toasted bread into original large bowl and add vegetables and cooked bacon. Add parsley leaves and dried oregano, and mix together with large spatula. In medium bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Pour over bread and vegetables, add 1/2 the shredded Gruyere cheese and mix with spatula. Pour entire contents back into casserole pan.

Sprinkle top of pudding with remaining cheese. Place in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until top of bread pudding has turned golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve warm.

Smart Snacking With Nutritious California

Avocados(NAPSI)—Americans’ snack-

ing is on the rise, with snacks making up about half of all eat-ing occasions, according to a recent report from the Hartman Group. The good news is that snacking can be part of a healthy eating plan, as snacks can pro-vide energy between meals and supply essential nutrients.

Nutrient-dense California avo-cados, which are only in season from spring to fall, are delicious, good for you and can be an excellent ingredient in just about any snack. The fruit is a natu-rally nutritious super-food, and contributes nearly 20 vitamins and minerals, along with “good”

monounsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats, to one’s diet. Additionally, California avoca-dos add a creamy and delicious flavor to snacks or mini-meals without adding sodium or cho-lesterol.

Registered Dietitian Katie Ferraro, MPH, RD, CDE, loves incorporating California avoca-dos into meals and snacks for their nutritional benefits. She has partnered with the California Avocado Commission to create some easy snack recipes featur-ing the fruit.

“Every year, I look forward to California avocado season, because they lend themselves to so many different prepara-tions—especially when it comes to snacks,” says Ferraro.

She’s come up with some easy snack recipes featuring the fruit. Each recipe has less than 100 calories per serving and can be great for on-the-go snacking.

For other recipes that fea-ture fresh California avocados, including additional snack-ing recipes developed by Katie Ferraro, visit the California Avocado Commission website at CaliforniaAvocado.com.

Explore Your Treatment Options (NAPSI)—If you’re like

most Americans, you study your options when buying clothing, dining out, watching a movie or buying a car. Now, some patients are also learning about options for selecting medical treatments that can improve their quality of life and overall care.

The CampaignA new campaign, “Explore

Your Treatment Options,” by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and the Ad Council, encourages people to become more informed before choosing a treatment for a health condition.

The initiative is designed to increase patients’ involvement in their care by offering easy access to unbiased information about treatment options and tools to encourage shared decision-making with their doctors.

The program includes plain-language consumer guides that summarize the scientific evi-dence on treatments for numer-ous medical conditions, includ-ing diabetes, osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol

and more. The program has compared

outcomes and effectiveness of different treatments and commu-nicated findings to providers and consumers to help them make informed decisions about health care. For example, “Treating High Cholesterol: A Guide for Adults,” provides easy-to-under-stand information about different kinds of cholesterol medicines, including how they work and their side effects. The guide also includes a list of questions that patients can ask their doctors to help patients choose their best treatment option.

The Doctor’s Advice“We see the best outcomes

when doctors and patients work together to come up with a treatment plan that takes into account the patient’s quality-of-life concerns,” said AHRQ Director Carolyn M. Clancy, M.D. “Information is power in health care, and this campaign will provide patients with the information they need to become partners with their doctors in their health and health care,” she noted.

As part of the campaign, AHRQ’s Effective Health Care Program Web site features per-

sonal stories from patients with chronic conditions who achieved better health results by explor-ing their treatment options. In addition, a new Health Priorities Snapshot tool features questions about common daily activi-ties and allows users to rate the importance of quality-of-life concerns. Patients can print out a list of their own health priorities and share it with their clinicians during medical appointments. These features are available at http://www.effectivehealthcare.ahrq.gov/options.

The public service adver-tisements, which were created pro bono for the nonprofit Ad Council by Grey New York, will run in advertising time and space donated by the media.

If Your Skin Could Talk, What Would It

Say?(NAPSI)—What is your skin

telling you? Did you spend a lot of time in the sun last summer? What about the summer before

that? Sun exposure on unpro-tected skin year after year may leave you with more than a few freckles.

Sunburns and moles aren’t the only indication that skin has been damaged. After years of exposure to the sun, you may dis-cover red spots that feel rough, dry or scaly and don’t go away, even after using moisturizer. Sometimes called “sun spots” or mistaken for age spots, these patches could be actinic keratosis (AK), a skin condition that can lead to squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), a nonmelanoma form of skin cancer.

It is estimated that AK affects up to 58 million Americansi, yet most people are unaware of its symptoms and association with sun damage. Because AK is a result of cumulative sun expo-sure, it can take years to develop. A job that requires a substantial amount of time outside or every-day activities such as garden-ing, exercise or attending out-door sporting events can lead to sun damage if your skin isn’t adequately protected. People at high risk are often fair-skinned men and women over the age of 40 who may have accumulated a significant amount of sun expo-sure over the course of many years.

One in five Americans will develop skin cancer in the course of their lifetimeii, and AKs have the potential to progress to squa-mous cell carcinoma, the second most common type of skin can-cer. It’s important to check your skin year-round and note any changes in texture and color—these changes may be age spots, irritation or dry skin, but they may also require more attention.

According to the National Institutes of Health, specific characteristics of AK includeiii:

• A skin patch or growth, often limited to one area, that begins as flat and scaly;

• Presence on the face, scalp, back of the hands, chest or other sun-exposed areas;

• A color that can be gray, pink, red or the same color as the skin;

• Later development into a hard and wart-like or gritty, rough and “sandpapery” surface;

• In some cases, the lesions may be easier to feel than to see.

For more information on how to find out what your skin is tell-ing you, see your doctor and visit www.listentoyourskin.org.

Sudoku

Here’s How It Works: Sudoku puzzles are formatted as a 9x9 grid, broken down into nine 3x3 boxes. To solve a sudoku, the numbers 1 through 9 must fill each row, column and box. Each number can appear only once in each row, column and box. You can figure out the order in which the numbers will appear by using the numeric clues already provided in the boxes. The more numbers you name, the easier it gets to solve the puzzle!

SHELTER FOR CATSPAT BRODY

Avery Male, 1 year old, black and white cat.

Someone forgot to tell me I’m not a kitten anymore. I just love to play and if you have a toy and I want it, then I might push another cat outta the way to get it. It would be best to place me in a home with older kids and I really need a good workout every day cuz I have lots of energy. I’d be great by myself and if I’m with another cat, please understand that I’ll want to be the boss. All cats have been spayed/neu-tered and are up to date on shots. Please visit our website at www.catsontheweb.org to view all our shelter residents and crafts.
