QA/QC – Technical assistance/Consultancy services and Skilled Manpower SupplyThe technical assistance is carried out by carefully selected and highly qualified Quality Assurance and Quality Control

engineers/experts. They are in charge of the supervision of your construction projects.

Their role consists of designing, issuing and updating quality plans, managing QMS, running audits, organising quality controls, etc., in compliance with company procedures and international standards.

This activity is managed from our two main offices: Paris and Singapore.

Inspection and audit – co-ordination and reports

SiCA missions are conducted worldwide by experts. But wherever they take place, coordination is done in one single place and you enjoy a unique focal point.

Thus, SiCA co-ordinates contacts and information flows with vendors, experts, consultants and customers. inspection reports are systematically reviewed and are made available to customer 24/7 via a dedicated iT Platform.

Specific data mining and activity reports can also be designed for SiCA customers.
