As an innovative, flexible and creative team with an appreciation that no two events are the same, we enjoy consulting with you to create

your very own menu and build a package that suits you. We will work with you to exceed all expectations and impress! Your event

These are best served by waiting staff in a ‘canapé style’ with a selection also laid out on a buffet table. These can create a

Perfect for evening food at weddings or corporate events. Enjoy the

theatre of chefs preparing fresh to order crêpes with savoury or sweet fillings to choose from. The package includes chefs for 2

hours, disposable service ware, napkins, equipment and four filling choices from the below menu:

McBaile managed cash bar We can provide all the drinks, glassware, professional bar staff, ice, lemons…you name it! We have a suggested bar list which we

can send you that includes keg beers, ciders and lagers. We can source specific drinks to suit your tastes…please just ask!

We usually request a small spend guarantee which we will discuss with you.

You bring the drinks and we will serve

If you prefer to provide your own selection of drinks then that’s fine by us. We can provide a quote to provide service staff,

glassware and all the extras.

Prices available on request depending on guest numbers.

Cocktails If cocktails are your thing then we can arrange for a specialist cocktail waiter to create some interaction and entertainment

whilst serving up your favourite tipple. Prices available on request.
