Those who are dog fanciers will be interested to know that another German police dog has been added to the dog population of New Ulm. Several months ago the^gmew gave an account, of jthe dog yof rthjs ,breed owned by Jps., Karl. The new dog will belong to Jos. Vogel, Jr. . I t is. only a pup of two and one half months, at the present time. These German, police dogs are very valuable and are particularly useful as guards. I t is said that when trained for police work they" can jump, into a second story window to get their prey. Jos. Karl's dbg was able to jump the height, of an ordinary door when very young. These dogs are good tempered when properly cared for but if neglected they become outlaws and as t h e y are strong, swift, and without fear) a neglected dog of this breed becomes very dangerous.
