Mobile Workforce Schedule

• Schedules may be downloaded manually or pushed to mobile workforce

• Schedule is organized for most efficient route but may be executed out of order if needed

• App may be used with or without a connection. Completed data is uploaded when a cellular or Wi-Fi connection is restored.

Data Collection Simplified

It is extremely easy to pass or fail checklist items.

• All data collection points are dynamic

• Data validation rules may be applied

• Status icons show if data is attached such as pictures or if there is a validation issue

If more details are required per item OnCue allows you to collect notes and data.

• Add multiple notes with automatic time and geolocation stamps

• Take pictures to attach directly to the notes and comments

• Common phrases may be loaded and selected for each item to reduce typing

Review Failed or Inconclusive Items

Any time during a visit OnCue will summarize items that are not compliant for review

• Perfect for re-visits, or going over results with a client

• User may pass items directly from this screen

• Clicking on each item will take user directly to item details to review/add comments/data

Collect a Signature and Upload

Once items are reviewed or data collection is satisfactory the user can collect signatures and upload data to the management portal

• Signatures may also be collected at any point (saved as an image)

• If cellular or Wi-Fi connections are not available OnCue will try to upload in the background until a connection is available

• Results will be made available to management and client portals in real-time.

Review and Edit Uploaded Results

• Top-Left shows hierarchal visit chain for re-visits

• Left-Navigation allows user to quickly see where non-compliant items are located

• All items may be edited to allow for data entry error corrections

• Clicking on image will open larger view

Results and data uploaded from the mobile workforce is available to management in real-time
