ContractTermsandRegulations

Allwinterizationworkorders/servicecontractsaretobeturnedinbyOctober1st.Anypaymentsduethereof,mayresultinforfeitofanyserviceand/orreservation.Alldepositsarenon-refundable.AllendofseasonservicesmustbescheduledwithNorthShorePerformanceinadvanceandpriortoOctober1st.Allshrink-wrappingisusuallycompletedbythethirdweekofNovember.Shrinkwrapintegrityandworkmanshipshallbewarrantiedfor6monthsfromdateofcompletion.However,anydamageduetoextraordinaryconditionssuchas(windsmorethan40mph,heavysnowandice,etc.)willberepairedatowners’expense.BoatownersagreetoprovideNorthShorePerformance,LLCwiththekeystotheirboatforhauloutand/orforservicepurposes.Allboatsmustbepumpedoutbeforewinterizationservicesarecompleted.Deadbatteryfeeof$30maybeassessedforanydeadbatteryattimeofservice.Theboatownerunderstandsandagreesthatintheeventanyaccountbalanceexistsfortheboatlistedonthiscontract,NorthShorePerformance,LLCwillhaveaMaritimelienplaceduponsuchboatorequipmentuntilsaidaccountbalanceispaidinfull.Payment:MakecheckspayabletoNorthShorePerformance,LLCCreditCardInformation:Visa,MC,DiscoverorAMEX:_________________________________CVVCode_______ExpDate:_________________NameontheCard:___________________________________________________Iunderstandandagreetoallrates,regulations,rulesandprovisions.Iauthorizetheworktobedoneandpaymentviamycreditcardasabove.NorthShorePerformanceLLCanditsemployeesmayoperatethevesselforpurposeoftesting,inspectionsordeliveryatmyrisk.Anexpressmechanicslienisacknowledgedonthevesseltosecureanynumberofrepairsthereto.NSPwillnotbeheldresponsibleforlossordamagetothevesselorarticlesleftinthevesselincaseoffire,theft,accidentoranyothercausebeyondourcontrol.Allbalancesaredueonorbeforecompletionofworkor3.0%permonthratewillapplyforanybalancesdue.Anylegalfeesincurredtocollectadebtwillbechargedtothecustomer.Anyboatsnotpickedupwithin7daysofcompletionofworkwillbeassessedastoragechargeof$10.00perday.
