Open to Ages: Newborn – 6th Grade Admission: $4 per person
ENTRY FEE(includes pictures): $30 per contestant $20 for additional sibling/same household

RULES & INFO:
*Pageant is open to all girls ages newborn-6th grade! ( Division is determined by age/grade of
contestant on pageant date) We will have 12 separate age divisions (see chart above)
*REHEARSAL IS MANDATORY!! FAILURE TO ATTEND WILL MEAN YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE!
* This is NOT a dress rehearsal* May bring pageant shoes* BE ON TIME!!!!! * No refunds!
*ONLY contestants & parents allowed in auditorium during practice!
*Contestants may wear Sunday best or Pageant dresses as long as they are age appropriate.
*Points will be deducted for excessive make-up. Light blush & lip gloss are acceptable. They
are judged on poise, attitude, smile, natural & overall beauty,
*No one besides staff is allowed in contestant area during pageant without backstage pass
(passes will be given at rehearsal*1 per contestant ). Passes are not used for free entry to
pageant. We ask that males not enter the contestant area. If you have any concerns about
this please notify us before or at rehearsal so that we may resolve any issues beforehand.
*Contestant #’s are assigned in alphabetical order & given at pageant
*Adults must accompany babies & toddlers (up to 3 yrs old) on stage. 4yrs & up go alone, but
staff will be on hand to provide assistance if necessary.
*Contestants should NOT arrive more than 1 hr before pageant time, but please get there no
later than 30 minutes before start time.
*Pictures will be taken on pageant day by Suzannah’s Photography. ALL entries include a 5x7
& 4 wallets, but forms will be available for additional picture packages at rehearsal.
**Please note: IF YOUR CHILD IS A WINNER OF ANY CATEGORY…PLEASE MAKE SURE THEY
REPORT BACK TO PHOTO AREA AFTER EXITING THE STAGE FOR GROUP PICS
Reigning Queens do not compete, but will return for crowning.
Queens ride in the Christmas parade locally .In the event they can’t , runner up will be asked.
Awards:
Each division will have a Queen , awarded a crown, sash & trophy & Runners up,
awarded a trophy. ****ALL OTHER CONTESTANTS WILL RECEIVE A PARTICIPATION
TROPHY **** Optional category winners will also receive awards.
*Viewer’s Choice: All Contestants will automatically be included for the chance to be
audience favorite & win the Viewer’s Choice Award Trophy! Votes will be available at the
pageant for $1 each. Encourage family & friends that cannot be present for pageant to
support you ahead of time by collecting your votes from them. Envelopes will be
available at the pageant & money will be collected at designated times during pageant.

I will hold harmless, the Pageant Staff, Volunteers, Reeltown High School & Band Boosters in the event that an
injury occurs before, during, or after the pageant or if personal items are lost, stolen or left at the venue. I agree all
judges decisions are final.
