UCO Mobile Banking Application

UCO mBanking offers unlimited potential for growth and is destined to be the preferred mode of transacting banking & other business.

Bank has re-launched entirely New mBanking Application from August’2015. This new APP is

based on customer ID and having enhanced features in twelve languages – Hindi, English ,Telugu, Malayalam, Guajarati ,Marathi, Bangla, Tamil, Kannada, Assamese, Oriya ,Punjabi.

It is available for Android, Windows, Apple and Blackberry phones.

Eligibility for availing UCO Mobile Banking (UCO mBanking)

Any active Account Holder of the Bank with valid Indian mobile number in

customer profile is eligible for UCO mBanking.

It covers all types of deposit & advance accounts with the exception of Illiterate, Deceased, Inoperative, HUF, Club, Society & Association, NRE/NRO and Minor accounts.

Transaction facility is available only in SB, CA(Individual), CC-110 (CC against deposit) and Staff OD accounts having mode of operation as Self, Either or Survivor, Former or Survivor, Anyone or Survivor, Proprietorship and Individual Borrower (in case of Staff OD only). Other customers can only view the account details and take account statements.

Process of Registration The New mBanking Application is available in Google Play store, Blackberry World, Windows Market place and Apple Store. To use the New Mobile banking Application, it is necessary that internet connection is available on the mobile either using data connection or through WIFI. Registration can be done through any of the four methods as follows:

Self- Registration Registration through Bank’s Website Registration through Branch Registration through UCO BANK’s ATM

Self- Registration :Customers have to download & install the new application. Registration can be done using the option New Registration by providing his/her A/c details along with one of the last five transactions . Debit card validation is also required to complete the registration.

STEPS FOR SELF REGISTRATION AND LOG-IN : Step 1. Mobile Banking Home Screen

Click on New Registration

Step 2. Screen for Account Details

Enter Account Number

Enter Transfer type (Debit/Credit)

Enter the amount

Step 3.

System will retrieve and show your details. Select the same and click on ok.

Step 4.

An OTP will be sent to your registered number. Enter that OTP here and click Submit.

Step 5. Screen For Debit Card Details

Enter Debit Card Number

Enter Expiry Date of Debit Card

Enter Debit card Pin

Step 6.

Please set your login pin and transaction pin and click on proceed. After this your registration process gets completed.

Step 7.

As your profile has been set now please click on Login.

Step 8.

Now the app will ask for your MPin which is your login pin. Please enter the same here and click on login.

Step 9.

An OTP will be sent to your registered number. Please enter the same here.

Step 10.

Now your profile’s home screen will be shown .

Registration through Bank’s Website: A customer may register online on Bank’s Website

WWW.UCOBANK.COM . The registration process is similar as stated above. OTP will come to the registered mobile number.

Registration through Branch:-. A customer can submit the request for registration in any

branch. After verification of customer details, branch will register through menu “MBREG”. After successful verification, customer will be registered for Mobile Banking and SMS containing MPIN and TPIN will be sent to customer.

Registration through UCO BANK’s ATM: Alternatively, a customer may register for mBanking

through ATM also. A menu option for mobile registration is available in ATM machine->Other Services->Mobile Banking Registration. Customer has to provide the registered mobile number. OTP, mPIN and TPIN will come to the registered mobile number.

FORGOT MPIN/TPIN In case, customer forgets his/her Mpin/Tpin, same may be reset using “Forgot Mpin” option available at the bottom-right corner of login screen, as given below: Step 1.

Click on “Forgot Mpin?”

Step 2.

An OTP will be sent to your registered number. Enter that OTP here and click Submit.

Step 3. Screen For Account Details

Enter account Number

Enter Transaction Type (Debit/Credit)

Enter the amount

Step 4. Screen for Debit Card Details

Enter Debit Card Number

Enter Card’s Expiry Date

Enter Debit Card Pin

Step 5.

Now you can reset your Mpin and transaction pin and click on proceed.

Step 6.

As your Mpin has been reset now you can login as usual.
