الخبرات السابقة

تخرج بمرتبة الشرف في قسم القوى الكهربية بكلية الهندسة جامعة عين شمس وعُين معيدا بها. حصل على الماجستير من

مصر ثم على الدكتوراة من كلية المنظومات الكهربية بمعهدهندسة الطاقة بموسكو.

حصل على درجة أستاذ هندسة التحكم في المنظومات ، وانتقل بعد ذلك من كليته الى معهد الدراسات والبحوث البيئية بالجامعة

حيث قام بتأسيس المعهد خالل فترة عمادته له. عمل كذلك مستشارا ثقافيا لمصر في موسكو ، وسفيرا لمصر

لدي اليونسكو في باريس ، ومديرا اقليميا لليونسكو في منطقة آسيا والباسفيك ومقره نيودلهي. مثل مصر في العديد من المحافل

الدولية. انتخب رئيسا للعديد من البرامج الدولية والمراكز الفكرية في

أوروبا وآسيا . ساهم في تطوير علوم المنظومات وله اسهامات فكرية وعلمية دولية ، نشرت بالعربية واالنجليزية والروسية

والفرنسية.

Control Engineering of complex adaptive dynamic systems and their applications in the fields of sustainable development, energy, ecological, environmental and engineering systems, education and economics.

Areas of Interest

He graduated with honors degree in the Department of Electrical Power, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University and was appointed as an Instructor.  He got his MSc degree from Egypt, and PhD from the Faculty of Electrical Systems, Institute of Energy Engineering, Moscow. He got the degree of Professor of Control Engineering of Systems, and then moved from his faculty to the University's Institute of Environmental Studies and Research, where he founded the institute during his term of office as a dean.

He also occupied the positions of the Cultural Counselor of Egypt in Moscow, the Egyptian ambassador to UNESCO in Paris, and the UNESCO Regional Director in the Asia-Pacific region based in New Delhi.  Represented Egypt in many international events.  He was elected President of many international programs and think tanks in Europe and Asia.  He contributed to the development of systems science and has international intellectual and scientific contributions, published in Arabic, English, Russian and French.
