Sample size requirement： 1、The diameter of detected sample area is more than 5mm. 2、The thickness of polymer or light alloy as Al、Mg or Ti is no less than 5mm. Thickness of liquid sample is no less than 15mm. Thicknesses of other alloys are no less than 1mm. 3、The area of sample should be as large as possible in the measurable scope.
