• Phase one – initial information gathering to inform business case

• Phase Two – development of firm business case and project delivery plan

Phase Three – implementation of shared services systems infrastructure platform

• Completion of design of common policies and standards based around common Chart of Accounts

• System build completed ( the ‘Golden Client’) with individual college customisation

• Go-live from June 2013

• Implementation of parallel running from August 2013
