On April 20, 2010 a deep water

drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico

exploded killing 11 and injuring 17

people.

As a result, it is estimated that 162

000 barrels of oil are flowing into the

ocean everyday.

Oil is still flowing into the Ocean

today. The effect this will have is

unimaginable.

Who is to blame is not the issue.

Rather what have been the

consequences of this spill and what

will happen if nothing is done.
