The Nu Skin Distributor Charter

• Nu Skin Enterprises pays Distributors commission based on product sales, NOT on recruiting people.

• Nu Skin Enterprises does not require individuals to buy products in order to become a Distributor. The cost is a one time sign-up fee that is reasonable and refundable.

• The Nu Skin Enterprises Sales Compensation Plan is a work program that requires true personal effort in product sales and leadership of such. Income claim is not allowed.

Doing the Business Right

• Distributors are not allowed to conduct any pre-marketing activities in countries where Nu Skin is currently not open.

• Distributors agree not to make any misleading, exaggerated or false claims about the products and to describe the products in terms differently from those set out in the current Nu Skin literature.

• Nu Skin Enterprises offers quality products with money back guarantee. High pressure selling and misrepresentation of the product claims are prohibited.

Doing the Business Right

• All products purchased from Nu Skin Enterprises Singapore must be for retail purposes only within Singapore, and should not by any means be imported into other countries for purposes of retail. These products have not undergone proper registration outside of Singapore, and should not be sold in other countries.

• Nu Skin exchanges on unopened, unaltered & resalable products (except sales aids) that are returned within 90 days of the order date. Exchange must be for products of the same or lower PSV or value.

• Refund 100% of the price on unopened, unaltered & resalable Sales Aids sold by Company returned within 60 days of order date.

• Refund 100% of the price on unopened, unaltered & resalable products (except sales aids) that are returned within 90 days of the order date

Product Return & Exchange Policy

• Distributors must also practice the company's “seven day buy-back policy", offering 7 days, for any reason upon request, a full refund after the delivery of products to the retail customer.

• Nu Skin encourages Distributors to honor such refund requests even if it is made after 7 days. The Company supports this policy by providing replacement products up to thirty (30) days following the refund or product exchange with a retail customer.

Retail Customer Policy

DSAS Code of Ethics & Conduct• Direct seller shall, without being asked to do so, on initial

contact with a prospective customer identify himself and the company he represents.

• No direct seller shall engage in sales or recruiting practices that are unfair, misleading or deceptive or otherwise not in compliance and accordance with the relevant Singapore laws.

• The offer of products or services for sale by a direct seller shall be accurate, truthful and complete.

• Offer customer 7-day “cooling-off period”• Prior to delivery of products, the initial deposit collected from

customer should not exceed 10% of the cash price.

DSAS Code of Ethics & Conduct• Direct sellers shall refrain from unfairly comparing or

denigrating any firm or product, whether directly or by implication.

• Direct seller shall not misrepresent the actual or potential sales or earnings of their direct sellers.
