WebJunction provides resources and training specifically for rural and small libraries covering advocacy, funding, outreach and technology. • Gates Foundation’s 5 year Library Program– Nebraska - http://www.nlc.state.ne.us/libdev/

gates/gatesactivities.html

• May 2002: Gates Foundation awarded OCLC and partners a three-year grant to build a Web-based community for public access & technology support

• Launched May 2003

• October 2006 – Gates Foundation grant - redesign and improve organization and navigation - new site launched February 2007
