The clean room manufacturing area is provided with EPA (H14) filters for air cleanliness and the
particles concentrations is measured with particles counter.
We can ensure the compliancewith particles concentration limit
required by ISO 14644-1ISO Class 8.
This area has been certified byaudit of Customers for MLI Blankets and
Electrical Harness manufacturing.

AVIOTEC provides in-process inspection, verification and control from the incoming inspection of the raw materials up to the final product acceptance.
Store control ensures traceability of items, monitoring of limited shelf life materials, handling and safe-keeping of critical and sensitive items. Aviotec QMS is certified EN9100:2016.

Starting from Spacecraft structure 3D model step file and Thermal Requirement Specification delivered by the Customer, Aviotec develops the MLI blankets.
The design is focused to obtain the MLI blankets shape taking into account the minimization of thermal leaks, definition of fasteners points and grounding, as well as easy mounting and dismounting of the blankets for accessibility to required areas.

QUALITY ASSURANCE, INSPECTION AND CONTROL

AVIOTEC provides for manufacturing and assembly in-process inspection, verification and control of raw materials, processes and parts used, to ensure compliance with applicable documents and requirements.
Certified EN9100:2016 QMS and relevant procedures are the reference for all Quality Assurance activities.
Each item is delivered with its Test Report and C.o.C.
During the manufacturing process, inspections are documented in the accompanying Manufacturing Work Order, including the notification of acceptance or rejection.
An identification tag is provided for each item during all the manufacturing processes in order to assure the traceability from raw material up to end item, and then finally marked as per applicable drawings.
The end-item inspection is performed according to the applicable manufacturing inspection plan.
