Documentary film techniques and Conventions

• Voice-over’s• Interviews• Archival footage• Reconstructions• Montage (FLASHING IMAGES) showing our

ideas in an order)• Exposition (occurs at the beginning and

introduces the important themes of the film. It is important because it creates the viewer's first impression and introduces the viewer to the content.)

IDEAS

• INKED• Skin Deep • Our episode; perceptions of tattoo’s• Explore the emotional and personal reasons for getting a tattoo

alongside horror stories of flesh eating diseases and what's in store in the future for tattoos. To try and educate our audience about tattoo’s and change opinions.
