Cdn of last mille it could be used by create a OTT network on last point of multicast source or any unicast source with raspberry PI, then you can convert to HLS and share it powered by rasbperry pi. I used in this example a multicast source .

1- Capture Multicast data .2- Converter from Mpeg-Ts to HLS with Ffmpeg.3-Store data into apache web server.4- streaming from raspberry wirelles network , last mile CDN !!!!
