Abstract
Systemic leadership deploys leadership responsibilities and privileges across an organizations
human resource. Business and performance excellence models limit leadership to seniorexecutives, regarding it as competence based. Leadership legacy across history, however, is
chiseled with such core values as courage, wisdom, sacrifice, stewardship and servant hood.
Supporting corporate nihilism, business and performance excellence models ignore such values.
Presented herein is a balance restoring the leadership core value set. Deployment through the
reward and recognition system and assessment of leadership pervasiveness are briefly discussed

Business and performance excellence (BPE)
was looked as the way of working to
balances stakeholder concerns. And it is to
make sure business operational, customer-
related, financial and market place
excellence. BPE is also the successor of a
long term business through operational,customer-related, financial and market-

organizational challenge. This may lead

Competencies are well understood and
vigorously deployed but not the core values.
Thus, the organizations was having failure
in exercising the moral and ethical
discernment with intentionality instead of
practicing a thinly veiled form of nihilism
eventhough it was one of their
organizational integrity.
Therefore, the organizations leadership
really need a profound transformation since
the results from integration and deployment
of core values (CVD) and competencies had
been such in that way.
The other elements that comprising the
value set through issues was usually the
case that diverse approaches will be
preventing an issue from being brought to
central attention, e.g. the deception, even
there would be an arguing about the
legitimacy of deception as a leadership core
value. This may cause mistrust, guardedcommunication, and lack of respect.
Moreover, a value for deception contradicts
one for honesty and it seems like they
cannot having it both. So, they have got to
be consistent internally and with
organizational mission and vison.

Survey has been done at most 200 European
CEOs and 1,150 key subordinates and
come out with 6 fundamental principles as
suggested in order to support BPE.
Continuous improvement is important for
every organization as added value and to
make sure they are not leave behind. In
globalization situation, technology and
knowledge are continuously growing,
therefore we must make sure that we are
always growing and improve together with
growing situation.
Creativity is important to generate ideas indifference and others alternative ways. It is
require a commitment and time for come
out with creativity ideas. The more ideas
come out is the better because there a more
alternative ideas to evaluate and consider.
Customers is the most important part to be
consider, and only customers knows how
does the company perform because
customers can determine the market.in
process of development, continuouslearning is important for business
performance. Focus on facts only instead of
others and also not forget about the
empowerment and participation of all stuff.

We have to appreciate in every single effort
from our members with their skills and
capabilities on doing something rather than
we manage to do only what we deserve to
do.
As stated earlier, empowerment is the most
important to fulfillment of the
organizations mission and vision. A trait is
looked as important in societies. We are

organization derive from altogether
approaches.
Primary empowerment goal is to make sure
the unity of purpose through creation of a
profoundly conscious organization where

people is the leaderships key aim so people
can differentiate right from wrong. Despite

Good communication must involve two-
way communication and thus deployment of
those shared core values referred to as
LCVS. Listening is one of the core values
that leaders should have, it is about attitude
on how to listen with full respect and
openness. From this attitude shows by
leaders, and then they can make the others
motivated to listen with good influence.
Good listening is the key of good
communication on receiving data and
information, good communication can
reduce or avoid miscommunication or
indicate an organizational culture lack ofmutual respect and can result from lack of
core value, lack competencies or lack of
habits supporting the practice of listening.
Receiving the correct data or information is
so important to make sure the process that
we want is being understood clearly so that
the receiver can proceed the information
that has been given in the proper way as
wanted to do so.
Systemic leadership and implication, BPE
can see the progress through appeal to the
familiar adage that what gets measured is
what gets done. Organizational
performance and the reward will measured
with RRS are critical to CVD.
Potential of integrating core values and
competencies is to measure performance.
Organizational culture will influenced
strongly by performance measures and
reflect the LCVS.

When we do the assessment, its natural if
there are several mistakes has been done. As
a good leadership, we should notice that the
individual has made honest mistake and
there is no point to be anger or scream at the
person because there nothing can do to
change what has done. So that, it determent
the extent to which leadership has been
driven into an organization, the degree to
which issues are effectively dealt with local
level and to assessing the capacity to forgive
and forget.
Leadership is not just a theory only, but it is
about attitude, management, decision
making skill, the way of thinking and the
proper approach for dealing with people.
Leadership is not should only for leader in a
group of people, but leadership is the good
and proper attitude that must have ineverybody because this attitude and
principles creates a good values that can be
implement in the social societies.

comprehensive approach to make sure the
effectiveness of works because it see
everything as an overall.
