many distractions and many opportunities, in this chaotic world I
was one of those distracted people who did not know how to take
advantage of the daily opportunities that arise from day to day.
But i changed I acquired new habits And i got up early

OR TOO LATE THE NIGHT BEFORE. BY DOING MORE EXERCISE. BY USING THE

Digestion makes achieving a good and deep sleep more difficult. The
quality of sleep is more important than the quantity. PRO TIP : Eat
