PROPOSAL 1HYDROGEN PURCHASE$63,750,000,000 per year
Fixed for 20 years
Sell sixty-three million seven hundred and fifty thousand metric tons of hydrogen gasper year to Japan to create steam without emissions replacing all stationary use of fossilfuels and nuclear fuels at a cost of $1,000 per metric ton with the price fixed for twentyyears.
A total of Sixty Three Billion Seven Hundred and Fifty million US Dollars per year iscommitted and paid upon delivery. This hydrogen will be burned instead of fossil fuelsin all of Japan!s thermal power and nuclear power plants.
This represents a reduction of Twenty-Two Billion Five Hundred and Twenty-SevenMillion US Dollars per year from existing costs. A total of 513.95 million metric tons per
year of Carbon Dioxide emissions is also eliminated.
PROPOSAL 2BERGIUS PROCESS
CONVERTING COAL TO LIQUIDS
Sell Six Hundred and Twenty-Six Million Nine Hundred and Forty Thousand Barrels ofPetroleum Liquids derived from Coal to Japan each year, for a period of twenty years.This liquid fuel is to be made from the Stranded Coal at a cost of $100 per barrel withthe price to be fixed for the next twenty years.
A total of Sixty-Two Billion Six Hundred and Ninety Four Million US Dollars per year iscommitted and paid upon delivery. This fuel is created where possible in the coalburner and coal boiler section of existing coal fired power plants in Japan using coaldelivered to these plants! coal handling yards. The petroleum products are piped awayto refineries for processing into liquid transportation fuels.
PROPOSAL 3CONSTRUCTION IN JAPAN
Except pilot facilities already operating in Ohio, all components for this project,excluding photocells, yet including panels, optics, controls, hydrogen control equipment,
hydrogen transmission, hydrogen burners, boilers, hydrogen storage, hydrogenshipping, hydrogen ports, factories and all other components shall be made by MokEnergy in Japan using Japanese labor, and Japanese Capital and Banking Resources.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of one hundred million US dollars will be paid at the outset. First delivery in72 months, detailed plan approved in 18 months including bonding for project.
