Brief Information of Khmer Script

Added in Unicode in September, 1999, Unicode 3.0.0

Written from left to right, but not linear!

សសណាង ← ស + ស + ណ + ា + ង, សសក ← ស + ស + ក● Khmer is written in clusters which can contain up to three

[sub]consonants, one vowel and some extra characters:

សសសសតរ ← ស + ស + + សតរ Legacy fonts (Limon and ABC family) were used in 1990s
