FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS, I'VE BEEN RUNNING A SMALL HANDMADE BUSINESS.
I generally have one big selling season a year and I invest all my resources in preparing for this specific timeframe.
The active selling period is somewhere in the span between 2 to 5 days and usually, things go crazy at that time.
The duration of my marketing campaign is Jan through early March, centered around one specific spring holiday.
I use a mix of content marketing, social media, paid advertising and cold emails to achieve my target: an increase in online sales by 50% compared with last year's data.
It's early March and I have just finished the first selling season of this year. Drawing the line, I found I made 4 big mistakes. I'm sharing those with you, hoping it will help you in your business in this new episode of Entrepreneur Journal.
