Nourish YourselfSleep!TURN OFF AND AVOID electronic screens 45 minutes before you actually plan on going to sleep. The light from screens and the brain activity of reading them prolongs the time it takes to fall into a restful sleep cycle. CREATE A QUIET SPACE that allows for light reading, meditation or listening to soothing music as a way to settle your brain down. SLEEP IN A COOL, BLACKED OUT room, if possible. If not, do the best you can.

Other tips: Try lavender oil, white noise (like a fan) or listening to a guided yoga nidra.
