Need of the project Rural women in Tamil Nadu is uneducated, socially and economically weaker section and drop out from the school. Women depending upon her husband or father for their basic needs. To alleviate this situation the training centre offers techno managerial course to enable them to start new enterprises. As such the techno managerial centre creates entrepreneurial opportunities for women, leading them to enter the rural job market strength economically weak communities through micro and small enterprises.
