Automatic Information about significant changes in projectsAll TOPHOTELPROJECTS license subscribers will receive immediately and automatically emails about new projects, new contacts and substantial changes.• One single click on these projects (once logged in) and you will come immediately to the

project detailed information.• These emails are sent daily by default, but you can switch to receive them weekly or

monthly in any time.

They are only visible for you.• Also you can specify a resubmission date for each note to optimally organize themselves.• In the project list you will see a symbol, there you can see how many notes are for each project.• Each project with your notes will automatically be added to your "My Selection" - in "My Selection"

you can also manage the resubmissions.• In the search and filter function you can also search projects with your notes next to the previous

criteria search.
