New Thermostats type THP-3

Dear customers we present our new catalog Masalles 2015 edition with many new features both in incubators, hatchers and brooders already available from June 2015.On our website www.masalles.com be downloaded in pdf format in different languages or if you want you can go to our national and international authorized distributors to have a personalized attention.We present our new range of incubators and hatchers completely new finishes versions called “HS-SINF” equipped with more standard equipment, versions are eliminated“L-HS” type and the “HS-SS versions are added”. These models have a stainless steel finish regarding “HS-SINF” models which together with our furniture manufactured by us DWOP™ system provides additional quality finish at the height of our most demanding customers.

Another impor tant new feature is a fur ther evolution of our thermostats to equip our models of incubators and hatchers G-60, G-180, 75-A and M240S. They have fully digital programmable temperature and humidity, equipped with the natural cooling system of self-controlled “NCDP™” audible alarm in case of overheating. For those customers who require it we offer the possibility to equip these models with a pack called “Advance Pack” which includes panoramic peephole, au-tomatic pre-installation pair humidity and indoor LED light (cold light) with auto-off automatically (2min). As in previous versions can be equipped optionally with our automatic cool mist “HS-SINF”.

Finally our new FALCON consists of 4 models incubatorsFalcon C45, C30 and Falcon top range versions of Falcon and Falcon S C45-C30-S. They are specially designed and made for raptors and parrots. Equipped with the latest technology systems have specific turning fully programmable called “NCDP™” systems that limit temperature swing when opening and closing the door “Auto-Swing control™” and even, in the version Falcon C30-S equipped with a new system of renovation of oxygen by thermal shock temperature con-trolled call “ECTS™” .This range of incubators is completed with a brooder and Hatcher equipped with floor heating system RHT (RADIAL HEAT TECHNOLOGY).

Made entirely of stainless steel together with our traditional manufacturing system furniture DWOP™ polyester double wall in one piece with double insulation offer an unprecedented performance to date. Introducing our new THP-3 temperature and humidity programmable thermostats, equipped with auto-coo-

ling system programmable natural “NCDP™” and audible alarm in case of over-temperature or humidity, LED

interior light (cold light) with self Auto Off (2min).

The “NCDP™” (Natural Cool Down Programmable) system is based on natural incubation by birds eating the

rise in short periods of time. This function cools the eggs for controlled periods of time during 24h, controlling the

temperature inside the chamber and allowed to cool slowly incubation. It can be switched on and off as needed

or species to hatch, this function is specially designed for waterfowl and grouse species more.

Unlike other manufacturers that employ techniques to cool the temperature of the incubation chamber “simply”

turning off the incubator for a period of time, Masalles has developed its own Intelligent cooling system, which is

gradually cooling the incubation chamber working with The heating and ventilation system. In this case the tempe-

rature is allowed to fall if the system is able to control and maintain the cooling degrees relative to SET (37.8 ° C).

New Thermostats type THP-3

The reason for not using timed disconnection is that it is not possible to control the cooling tempera-

ture, in addition to turning off the forced ventilation equipment for the first time increases considerably

because the temperature inside the ventilation system is switched off and this may affect negatively in

the period.

Our “NCDP™” system operates by default in periods of 12 hours and cooled for 15 minutes at a tem-

perature of -3°C around the programmed Set (default 37,8ºC).

With the option to incorporate our automatic humidity HS-SINF with a capacity of 3 Liters

(ref. 1100-01561) have a perfect fit desired cool mist more operating autonomy.
