Traditional and ancestralvinification, during 21 days on marc, with two daily pumpingover, one or two jettisons, and under controlled temperature.The Grenache are aged in tanks on fine lies and the Syrah in oakbarrels, before blending and bottling.

Jeb Dunnuck : I loved the 2016 Vacqueyras Reflets De L'Âme[...].It has rocking levels of purity as well as notes of ripestrawberries, raspberries, crushed flowers, violets, and a buildingsense of minerality. Just perfectly balanced and elegant on thepalate, with medium to full body, sweet tannins, and a greatfinish. It has the possibility to be one of the top wines in thevintage.
