Module 1: Introduction Writing is a key method of communication for most people, and it’s one that many people struggle with. This business writing course will give participants a refresher on basic writing concepts such as spelling, words in context, grammar, punctuation & critical thinking. It will also provide an overview of the most common business documents such as emails, memos, agenda, reports and various types of business letters. All of these will provide

that extra edge in the workplace.

Guidelines: • Ms. Joy is open to face to face tutorials, if needed, aside from classroom sessions.
