Standards Our staff are committed to the following standards:

To work as a team every day. To be honest, friendly, always smile and check our personal problems at the door. To have a positive and encouraging attitude. To work to the best of our ability. To be consistent, organized, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. To pay attention to our own personal appearance and personal hygiene, to always look and behave professionally, and to always replace the toilet paper. To be fresh and ready for work. To be sincere with clients, to treat the current client as the most important one of the day, and promote and involve ourselves in the education of clients about their pets.

Standards To be aware of our surroundings, to read instructions and follow through, to pick up after ourselves and others, to keep our work areas clean and organized and to not pass work off on to another person for no reason.

To be positive and say no to negativity, to be courteous to everyone, to embrace change, and to make the atmosphere professional, but fun and enjoyable for both staff and clients.

To be cross-trained, to be committed to continuing education, to do the best in my job everyday and to treat our clients pets as part of our family.
