1 No requirement of

EC for the present production of 6.9

TPM along with the supporting

documents.

The unit is established in the year 2002 in the

Name of Ray pharma and is involved in

manufacturing drug intermediates. As Drug

Intermediate units were not covered under EIA

Notification of 1994 prior EC requirements were

not there and hence there is no previous EC.

The unit obtained CFE from A.P State pollution

control Board in the year 2002 and started

operations. Copy of initial CFE is enclosed as

Annexure I. Endorsement letter issued by

Government of Andhra Pradesh, Department of

industries of merger of the industries to RL Fine

Chem Private Limited is enclosed as Annexure

II. Copy of Current CFO is enclosed as enclosed

as Annexure III

2 Applicability of general conditions

along with the

supporting documents

The applicability of general condition is that the

interstate boundary is 1.2 Km distance from the

site. Copy of Base map showing the distance is

enclosed as Annexure IV

3 Clearance required

for ground water withdrawal.

There is no ground water withdrawal involved.

Water is proposed to be procured from APIIC

water supply. We have already taken permission

for additional water requirement from APIIC and

the letter is enclosed as Annexure V
