Please see our earlier observations vide query dated 6/11/2018. The matter regarding accreditation of the consultants is yet to be resolved to ascertain admissibility of the proposal.

Vardan Enviroent is accredited by QCI-NABET for preparation of EIA reports

in various sectors including Sector 5(f) in Category “A”.

Latest certificate from NABET has been issued on 12 July 2017 (copy

attached as Annexure-1), as per the certificate it is clear that consultant in

accredited for sector 5(f) in Category “A”. Internal communication with

NABET via email also attached as Annexure-2.

Inadvertently, old accreditation certificate issued on 28 March 2017

wherein the consultant was approved for sector 5(f) in category “B” has

been uploaded online, old certificate attached as Annexure-3. Internal

communication with NABET via email also attached as Annexure-4.

Further, as per the latest list of QCI NABET approved consultants dated 12th

November 2018, Vardan Environet is accredited in Category “A” for 5(f)

sector projects. Kindly refer page no. 153 at serial no. 156. Screenshot from
