1. Click “More” and click “Out Of Office…”

1. Go to File > Security > User Security..

1. Right click on

Workspace and choose “Open Application…”

search the user account and click “Open”

10) How to do archiving?

i) Please do email housekeeping once you receive the notification email from the Email Administrator to avoid your email deleted by system.
