Bartender fees apply at $35.00 per hour per bar - minimum of 6 hours
Bartenders are based on 1 bartender/station per 115 people and a minimum of $800.00 in bar sales. Additional bartenders are available beyond normal staffing levels at a cost of $35.00 per hour, minimum of 4 hours.
Cashiers are required for function over 100 people-$25.00 per hour, minimum of 4 hours.

The Delta Regina is pleased to promote responsible alcohol use through our Designated Driver Program
Requests for beverages not usually carried by Delta Regina can be accommodated. Pricing will be determined by the Catering Staff. The product may be charged for in its entirety, not just consumption based on specific circumstances.
The Delta Regina Adheres to all Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority regulations. The hotel reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate bar services if unable to comply in accordance with these regulations.
CATERING POLICIESE LIST
All food and beverage charges are subject to applicable taxes and a 18% gratuity. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are guaranteed for three (3) months prior to the function.
If billing privileges are requested, all new accounts must submit any required credit information to the Delta Regina Accounting Office prior to the function or pre-payment of event charges will be required. In the case of a private function, a deposit is required at the time of booking and the full amount of the estimated cost is due seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event.
The hotel requires three (3) business days notice of the confirmed number of guests attending the function. If a guaranteed number is not received by this time, the last number submitted will be considered the guarantee. Billing will be based on either the actual or guaranteed number, whichever is greater.
After receiving of confirmed numbers, if the numbers increase, additional charges may be incurred to cover the costs of last minute labor and supply needs.
Menus and all final arrangements should be in place one (1) month before the function date.
Changes to the set-up of the function room received within twenty-four (24) hours of the event date will be subject to labour charges of $35 per hour with a minimum three (3) hours.
The Delta Regina reserves the right to provide an alternate function room appropriate to the function requirements.

The Delta Regina assumes no responsibility for property and equipment broughtinto the hotel. All property and equipment must be removed from the functionroom at the end of each day, unless the room has been reserved on a twenty-four(24) hour basis.
The use of masking tape, nails, staples, tacks, etc. is not permitted in the hotel.Sticky tack must be used for all display purposes.
Subject to prior arrangement and available space, the Delta Regina will acceptdelivery of materials twenty-four (24) hours prior to the function date. The DeltaRegina does not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods stored prior toarrival or during the stay. Please ensure all materials leaving the hotel areappropriately marked and shipping arrangements have been made with ourReceiving Department. The Delta Regina reserves the right to levy charges forhandling and storage of materials.
With the exception of wedding cakes, all food and beverage for events must besupplied by the Delta Regina.
Starting and ending times of functions are to be strictly adhered to. Space is onlybooked for the time indicated. Set-up and tear-down times are to be specified atthe time of booking.

Charges will be assessed for cleaning rooms required beyond normal levels.Any cost of repairs for damages due to guests actions will be charged to the eventbilling.
