First you should know.. How divorced are they?

Are they in the process?Are they going through court?How long has it been?

You don’t want them to be freshly divorced and questioning if it’s what they

really want or dwelling over their ex

You have to accept that you now have an ex wife or husband to deal with…

They may be a wee bit jaded towards love…

Bashing the ex will not win you points and will get you

nowhere real fast

Get ready for some pretty protective and apprehensive parents

Note that you may be taking on a parental role as well now

Lastly, make sure you ask yourself if you’re mature and ready for the

responsibility of dating someone who is divorced. Fully understand the

commitment and the role that you would play in the relationship

otherwise it’s unfair to both of you.
