Transcript of Cyberbully powerpoint

My name is Adam

I am 13 years old

I like playing video games

hanging out with friends

shooting hoops with my home boys

My parents don’t know it…But…

I spend a lot of time on social network sites

Facebook Twitter

Instagram

So do my “friends” at school

at least I thought they were my friends…

Until one day….

someone created a hate page…

about me…

“you’re ugly”

“you’re worthless“

“I wish you were dead”

“you should kill yourself”

They won’t stop…

more posts everyday…

Now it must be true…

I am ugly

I have no friends

I feel hopeless.

No one can help

Nowhere to turn…

His mental pain and torment continued…

I have no choices but to…

STOP!!

Adam does have choices

Don’t respond!

Delete your Accounts!

Talk to your parents, teachers, counselors…

What choice did Adam make?

Did he join the fight against cyberbulling?

or…

Was Adam too desperate, hopeless?

He was….so…

Adam chose suicide

But wait!!

You still have choices

Take action, talk

Join the fight against Cyberbulling!
