I. GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

ENTRY CLOSING DATE/ PENUTUPAN PENDAFTARAN
All entries must be completed using the attached prescribed forms and submitted to the Organiser‟s
Address before or by Thursday the 25th
of October 2018. Entries submitted after Thursday the 25th
of
October 2018, will incur late entry fees. Deadline for entries and class revisions is 08:00 the morning the
competition begins. Entries together with the waiver and liability form may be delivered in person, by fax or
via email to the secretariat. All payments must be completed before the Rider is permitted to enter the
competition arena. Entry fees are not refundable, changing of class is allowed.
Semua pendaftaran harus menggunakan formulir yang telah ditentukan dan harus sampai ke panitia
sebelum hari Kamis, 25 Oktober 2018 apabila mendaftar diatas tanggal tersebut maka akan dikenakan
denda keterlambatan dan batas pendaftaran dan perubahan pendaftaran untuk setiap kelas maksimal
akan ditutup pada jam 08.00 pagi di hari pertandingan berlangsung. Pendaftaran bisa langsung ke panitia,
melaui fax atau email bersamaan dengan penyerahan formulir waiver. Peserta tidak akan diperkenankan
memasuki arena pertandingan sebelum semua pembayaran dilakukkan. Tidak ada pengembalian
uang pendaftaran, tetapi boleh mengganti dengan kelas yang lainnya.

WAIVER FORM/ FORMULIR PELEPASAN HAK
Waiver form must be signed by each rider participating in the event. Riders under the age of 18
must also submit a guardian consent, to be returned with entry forms.
Formulir pernyataan harus di kembalikan setelah ditandatangani oleh atlit yang akan bertanding.
Bagi yang masih berumur dibawah 18 tahun harus ditandatangani wali yang bersangkutan.
All participant are required to fulfill all the necessary forms, including the waiver and liability form, as
a mandatory requirement to enter the competition.
Setiap peserta di wajibkan untuk mengisi segala macam form yang telah di sediakan termasuk for
waiver dan liability sebagai syarat wajib dalam mengikuti pertandingan.
INSURANCE/ ASURANSI
All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by
themselves, their employees, their agents and their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to
take out third party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home
and abroad, and to keep their policy up to date.
Pemilik kuda dan para peserta bertanggung jawab penuh atas segala kerusakan dan kehilangan
yang disebabkan oleh diri, karyawan maupun oleh pihak ke tiga lainnya. Oleh karenanya sangat
disarankan untuk melindunginya dengan asuransi.
GENERAL CONDITION/ UMUM
Washing the horses should be done at wash bay only and not inside the stables. You must provide
plastic trash bag for the deposition of dung and other refuse. The dung must be removed from the
sawdust daily and disposed of in a proper manner. At the end of competition, all stables must be
cleaned of all dung and left over feed. The stables and other areas occupied by participants must be
kept clean and tidy at all times. You are not allow to burn sawdust or any other material inside the
stable. Cooking inside the stable is not permitted.
Memandikan kuda hendaknya dilakukan hanya di tempat khusus pemandian kuda, bukan di dalam
kandang. Anda harus menyiapkan kantong plastik untuk membuang kotoran dan sampah lainnya.
Kotoran harus dibersihkan dari sawdust dan dibuang sebagaimana mestinya. Pada akhir acara,
semua kandang harus dibersihkan dari kotoran juga sisa makanan. Kandang dan sekitarnya harus
selalu bersih. Tidak diperbolehkan membakar serbuk dan benda lainnya di dalam kandang.
Memasak dalam kandang juga tidak diperkenankan
STABLING FEES / SEWA KANDANG
Stabling fee are :
Temporary Stable : Rp. 250.000, per horse per day.
Tack room : Rp. 300.000, per room. (available for sharing maximum 3 club)
To be paid to the Treasurer of the Event. Horses will not be allowed to leave the permises until the
stabling fees have been paid.
Tersedia kandang dengan biaya:
Kandang sementara : Rp. 250.000,- per kuda per hari
Tack room : Rp. 300,000,- per ruangan (Dapat untuk dipakai secara bersama - sama
maksimal untuk 3 club)
dan harus dilunasi langsung ke Bendahara Event. Kuda – kuda tidak diperbolehkan meninggalkan
kandang sebelum sewa kandang telah dilunasi.
Stabling and tack room can be ordered by completing the stabling form and submitting the form to the
organizing committee. If by the competition day, no cancelation of stabling or tack room order is
declared by the ordering party, fees will be charged to the ordering party. Late check-out of stabling
dan tack room must be notified in advance to the organizing committee.
Pemesanan kandang dapat dilakukan dengan mengisi form yang telah di sediakan dan mengirimkan
kepada pihak panitia, tidak terkecuali untuk pemesanan tack room. Jika sampai dengan hari
pelaksanaan pertandingan tidak ada pembatalan dari pihak pemesan maka segala biaya pemesanan
akan tetap ditagihkan kepada pihak pemesan. Apabila ada keterlambatan kepulangan kuda maka
pihak pemilik harus memberikan informasi kepada pihak panitia penyelenggara.
HORSE & TRAILER-TRUCK / KUDA & ALAT PENGANGKUT
Please spray disinfectant on your horse trailer and/or truck before and after each used for moving the
horse. Arriving on the venue your horse trailer and truck will have to be sprayed by organizer staff. All
horses‟ body temperature will be checked by the Competition‟s Veterinarian to ensure the health
condition of the horse before entering to the Competition‟s Stable. If the result of the Veterinarian
checking shows that the horse is not in a good health condition, it will not be permitted to enter the
competition stable.
Mohon dilakukan disinfektan terhadap kereta kuda atau dan atau truck anda. Sebelum atau setiap
digunakan untuk mengangkut kuda ke tempat pertandingan. Sesampai di tempat pertandingan
semua pengangkut kuda akan dilakukan penyemprotan desinfektan ulang yang akan dilakukan oleh
Petugas dari Panitia. Sebelum memasuki kandang pertandingan kuda-kuda akan dilakukan
pemeriksaan suhu badan. Jika menurut hasil pemeriksaan ada kuda yang tidak dalam kondisi
kesehatan yang baik maka kuda tesebut tidak diijinkan memasuki kandang pertandingan.
RULES OF COMPETITION/ PERATURAN PERTANDINGAN
The competition will run under the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI), as stated above. In any
circumstance where FEI are not available the Organizing Commitee will have the authority to make
decision.
Pertandingan akan diselenggarakan dengan menggunakan peraturan FEI, sebagaimana tersebut
diatas. Dalam hal keadaan tidak diketemukannya peraturan pertandingan pada FEI rule maka akan
ditentukan oleh Panitia Pertandingan.
PRIZE GIVING CEREMONY/ UPACARA PEMBAGIAN HADIAH
Placed riders that do not attend their prize Giving Ceremony will not received their prizes. Hadiah tidak
akan diberikan kepada Pemenang yang tidah hadir dalam upacara pembagian hadiah
Prize / Hadiah
It‟s regarded exhibition class if only one participant in the class, and the prize will not be provided.
If there are only 3 participants in the class, the prize is allocated to the first and second winner only.
If there are only 2 participants in the class, the prize will be given to the first winner only.
Jika dalam satu kelas hanya ada 1 peserta maka kelas tersebut akan dianggap eksibisi dan tidak
disediakan hadiah. Jika ada 3 peserta maka hadiah hanya kan disediakan untuk pemenang pertama dan
kedua. Jika hanya ada 2 peserta maka hadiah hanya akan diberikan kepada pemenang pertama saja.
THE OC RESERVE THE RIGHT/ PANITIA BERHAK UNTUK
• Alter advertised times if necessary • Cancel, divide or combine any class or event • Refuse any entry
• Increase or decrease the height of the obstacles depending on the entries or other conditions.
Mengganti jadwal waktu yang telah diinformasikan, Membatalkan kelas atau Event, Membagi kelas,
Menolak pendaftaran, menambah atau menurunkan tinggi rintangan tergantung daftar peserta atau
keadaan yang lain.
APPEALS
Complaints and appeals must be in writing to the Ground Jury, signed by the authorized person
from the club making the complaint and presented personally the appeal committee together with any
supporting note evidence and names of witnesses and the deposit of Rp 2,000.000,-. Complaints
must be made not later then 30 minutes after the result are announced. If the complaint is accepted
OC will refund the deposit conversely if the complaint is not accepted the deposit will remain with the
OC. Refer to the FEI Art. 167 Of General Rules & regulations for more details.
Protes harus dilakukan secara tertulis dan ditandatangani oleh penanggung jawab club lalu diserahkan
kepada Ketua Dewan Juri dengan disertai uang jaminan sebesar Rp 2.000.0000 (dua juta rupiah). Protes
harus diajukan paling lambat 30 menit setelah hasil pertandingan diumumkan. Jika protes diterima maka
uang jaminan akan dikembalikan, tapi jika tidak diterima uang jaminan memjadi hak panitia pertandingan.
COMPETITION GROUND/ LAPANGAN PERTANDINGAN
- Jumping - Sand
- Dressage - Sand
Notification to all participants, coaches and horse owners; smoking is not allowed in warming up
arena and competition arena.
Di beritahukan kepada seluruh peserta, pelatih, pemilik kuda untuk tidak merokok di arena
pemanasan dan juga pertandingan.
HORSE NUMBERS/ NOMOR KUDA
Horse Numbers are not distributed by the organizing committee. Riders must provide horse number
and they are responsible for displaying the correct number on their horses at all time. If a participant
fails to correctly display the horse number, the participant will be disqualified.
Panitia tidak akan menyediakan dan membagikan nomor kuda. Kepada para peserta diwajibkan
memasang nomor kuda dengan benar sesuai dengan nomor yang telah di tentukan, apabila nomor
kuda tidak sesuai dengan yang seharusnya maka peserta akan didiskualifikasi.
TECHNICAL MEETING
Technical meeting is carried out to notify important information concerning the event. It is mandatory
for all participant, horse owners and coaches to attend the technical meeting carried out by the event
organizing committee.
Technical meeting diadakan guna memberikan informasi-informasi penting terkait mengenai
pertandingan yang diselenggarakan. Oleh karena itu pihak panitia mewajibkan kepada seluruh
peserta, pemilik kuda, pelatih untuk ikut menghadiri technical meeting yang telah di agendakan oleh
pihak panitia penyelenggara.
II. DRESSAGE RULES & AGE REGULATIONS
Classes are judged under the FEI rules. For the in-house rules read below.
1. No horse may take part with more than one rider in the same class/day/competition (except
for Walk-Trot class and rider under 18 years old)
Kuda tidak boleh dinaiki oleh lebih dari 1 orang pada kelas/hari/ pertandingan yang sama,
kecuali kelas Walk Trot dan kelas anak2 dibawah 18 tahun.
2. In Walk-Trot class one horse can be ridden by up to 3 riders
Kuda boleh dinaiki 3 kali pada kelas Walk Trot.
DRESSAGE GENERAL RULES (additional)
STARTING POSSIBILITIES:
Rider/horse combination :
A rider/horse combination is allowed to start in two different classes but with no more than one level
difference, i.e.: Preliminary-Elementary, Elementary-Medium, Medium-Advanced or Advanced-PSG,
etc.
Kombinasi atlit dan kuda dalam kelas dressage yang diperbolehkan tidak lebih dari 1 level tes yang berbeda.
DRESS & SADDLERY
Dress : A black or dark blue tail coat, with top hat, white or off white breeches, stock or tie, gloves,
black riding boots and spurs must be worn for Prix St-Georges. For Advanced class tail coat is
optional. For classes below Prix St-Georges, a black or dark blue jacket with a bowler hat or hunting
cap is also permitted. However, in extreme heat, judges may give the option not to wear a jacket. A
white shirt is compulsory.
Black half leather chaps will be allowed.
Riders under 16 years : Dark riding jacket. White or off-white breeches or jodhpurs, white shirt with
tie or hunting stock, helmet. Gloves must be worn. Riding boots. Top hat is not allowed. Whip of
maximum length 1.00 m is allowed. Spurs are optional. No spurs allowed in the Walk-Trot tests.
When mounted protective headgear secured by a three point retention harness is compulsory.
Saddlery : For Prix St-Georges level, a double bridle is compulsory. For Advanced and Medium
Level the double bridle is allowed. For Elementary and Preliminary levels, an ordinary snaffle must be
used. This applies in the practice and competition arenas. Whips are allowed in all levels. For adults
the whip should not be more than 1.20 m, for children not longer than 1.00 m.
HORSE SCHOOLING
24 hours before competition schedule, a horse can‟t be schooled by anyone other than the
COMPETITOR.

EARPHONES
Earphones and other electronic communication devices are not permitted at Dressage Competitions
whilst competing and is penalized by elimination. These devices are permitted during training and
warm-up.
Earphones dan alat komunikasi elektronik lainnya tidak diperbolehkan pada saat kompetisi dressage
and sanksi berupa eliminas. Alat-alat tersebut hanya diperbolehkan saat berlatih dan pemanasan.
HORSE DECORATIONS
Any decorations of the Horse with extravagant items, such as ribbons or flowers in the mane or/and
tale is strictly forbidden. Normal plaiting of the Horse‟s mane and tail is allowed.
Tidak diperbolehkan memasang aneka dekorasi untuk kuda seperti pita dan bunga di bagian rambut
atau buntut. Kepang normal pada rambut dan buntut diperbolehkan.
SALUTE
Athletes must take the reins in one (1) hand at the salute.
Saat hormat Atlit harus tetap memegang kendali dan hormat dengan 1 (satu) tangan.
OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE
Any outside help by voice, signs, etc. is considered as illegal or anauthorized assistance to an Athlete
or a Horse. The horse-rider combination must be eliminated in this case. Reading of the test is
allowed in the Walk Trot Test only.
Semua jenis tindakan bantuan baik teriakan suara, isyarat atau aba-aba kepada atlit ataupun kuda,
dianggap illegal. Jika hal ini terjadi maka kombinasi kuda dan atlit harus dieliminasi.
BELL
After the sound of bell, the Athletes must enter the arena at A within fourty five (45) seconds. Horse and
Rider combination not entering the Arena within 90 seconds after the bell will be eliminated. Dalam kelas
dressage setelah bel berbunyi, atlit harus memasuki arena pada huruf A dalam hitungan 45 detik. Jika
dalam waktu 90 detik setelah bell belum memasuki arena maka dianggap tersisih.
PRIZE-GIVING
Participation in the prize-giving ceremony is compulsory. The Athletes who does not enter the prize-
giving ceremony will loose the classification and all prizes (rosette, prize in kind, prize money, etc.)
Exception to this rules can be granted by the Ground Jury at specific cases.
Dress and saddlery have to be the same as in the Competition, however BLACK or WHITE
BANDAGES are allowed.
Rosettes should be placed on the Horses‟ bridles prior to prize-giving.
Mengikuti upacara pembagian hadiah adalah wajib bagi para pemenang. Atlit yang tidak hadir pada
saat pembagian hadiah akan kehilangan klasifikasi kemenangannya dan segala hadiah (baik
rosset, hadiah uang, maupun hadiah lainnya). Pengecualian untuk peraturan dapat diberikan jika
Ground Jury dalam kasus – kasus tertentu. Pakaian dan perlengkapan kuda harus sama seperti
pada saat bertanding. Rosset di pasang pada kendali sebelum pembagian hadiah.
II. JUMPING RULES & AGE REGULATIONS

1. INTERSCHOOL : classes are open for riders are still attending school.(Grade 1-12) Terbuka
bagi atlit yang masih bersekolah (SD, SMP & SMA)
2. OPEN :classes are open for riders of all ages and horses of all grades
Terbuka bagi atlit dan kuda di semua umur dan level
3. Riders will be eliminated if enter the class of wrong age category
Atlit dianggap tersisih jika salah kelas saat melakukan pendaftaran.
4. In the NON-JUMPOFF classes BELOW 1m one horse can be ridden by maximum three (3)
riders
Pada kelas non jump off dibawah 1m, satu kuda dapat dinaik maksimal 3 kali
5. In the classes BELOW 1m three (3) refusals are allowed.

Class/day/competition in the jumping competition except in 30-50cm class
Tidak ada kuda yang boleh dipakai lebih dari 1 orang pada kelas/hari/pertandingan yang
sama pada pertandingan jumping ini, keculai untuk kelas 30-50cm.
7. Art 238.2.1 (Competitions against The clock) :
Athletes with equality of Penalties for any place are place in accordance with the time taken
do complate The round. In The event of equality of Penalties and time for First Place, Three
May be a jump-off over a shortened course over obstacles, whice may be increased in
height and/or spread in accordance with the provisions of the schedule.
Atlet dengan jumlah penalti yang sama untuk semua kedudukan disesuaikan dengan waktu
yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan putaran. Dalam hal kesamaan pada posisi pertama
dengan jumlah penalti dan waktu, dapat dilakukan jump-off dengan jarak lebih singkat
melampaui rintangan yang mungkin ditingkatkan atau dapat ditingkatkan tinggi dan/atau
jarak sesuai dengan ketentuan susunan acara.
8. Art 238.2.2 (Competitions against The clock) :
This is a Competition against the clock, but in the event of equality of Penalties for first
place, there will be one jump-off against the clock.Other Athletes are placed according to
their Penalties and time the first round.For minor Competitions (see GRs)the jump-off may
be run according to table C, if thus provided in the Schedule
Ini adalah kompetisi melawan waktu, tetapi dalam hal kesamaan jumlah penalti untuk posisi
pertama, akan diadakan satu jump-off melawan waktu. Atlet lainnya ditempatkan sesuai
dengan penalti dan waktu mereka saat putaran pertama. Untuk kompetisi minor (lihat GRS)
jump-off dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tabel C, jika disediakan dalam jadwal.)
9. Art. 274 Power & Speed
- This Competition comprises two phases run without interruption, each at anidentical or
different speed, the finishing line for the first phase being identical with the starting line for
the second phase.
Kompetisi ini terdiri dari dua tahap berjalan tanpa interupsi, masing-masing pada kecepatan
yang sama atau berbeda, garis akhir tahap pertama menjadi identik dengan garis awal
untuk tahap kedua.
- The first phase is a course of seven to nine obstacles with or without combinations.The
second phase takes place over four to six obstacles, which may include one combination.
Tahap pertama adalah lintasan dengan tujuh sampai sembilan rintangan dengan atau tanpa
kombinasi. Tahap kedua berlangsung melalui empat sampai enam rintangan, yang bisa
meliputi satu kombinasi.
- Athletes penalised in the first phase are halted by ringing the bell after theyhave jumped the
last obstacle or when the time allowed for the first phase has been exceeded, after crossing
the finishing line of the first phase.They must stop after crossing the first finishing
line.Exception Art. 274.5.6: Unless eliminated, Athletes penalised in the first phase may
continue in the second phase.
Atlet dengan penalti pada tahap pertama dihentikan oleh dering bel setelah mereka
melompat rintangan terakhir atau saat waktu yang diizinkan untuk tahap pertama telah

10. If a rider damages an obstacle while show jumping, the rider will be responsible for Rp.
500.000,- damaged fee per obstacle

11. NOVICE Rider Classes : ( CS05,CS12 ) Open to less experienced riders. Horse-rider
combinations should not have been placed on classed two levels higher than the entering
class, NOT open to professional riders.

Terbuka untuk rider dengan pengalaman terbatas. Kombinasi kuda dan rider, tidak
sebelumnya ditempatkan pada kelas yang berada dua tingkat lebih tinggi daripada kelas
yang diikutlombakan. Tidak terbuka untuk rider profesional.
12. Art 239 Table C
1. Faults under Table C are penalised in seconds which are added to the time taken by
the Athlete to complete his round or by Elimination
Kesalahan dalam table C akan dikenakan sanksi dalam detik yang akan ditambahkan

3. There is no time allowed under table C. The following time limits are applicable:
(i) Three minute, if the length of the course is 600 m or more, OR
(ii) Two minute, if the length of the course is less than 600

4. Scores under Table C
Adding, the time of the round (including the second for time correction if any), plus four
second for each obstacle knocked down (three second during a jump-off or the second
phase of a two-phase Competition), gives the Score obtained, in second, by the athlete for
his round.

Menambahkan, waktu lintasan(termasuk detik penambahan waktu jika ada), ditambahkan empat
detik untuk setiap rintangan yang dijatuhkan (tiga detik selama jump-off atau dalam tahap kedua
dalam kompetisi dua putaran), memberikan total nilai yang diperoleh atlet, dalam detik.
5. Athletes wishing to school in speed competition under table A or C, must inform the OC
before the Competition commences. Those wishing to school will start first in the
competition. Athletes not complying with the above may be eliminated by the Ground Jury.

Atlet yang ingin mencoba dalam kompetisi kecepatan di bawah table A atau C, harus
memberikan informasi kepada panitia sebelum kompetisi dimulai. Bagi atlet yang ingin
mencoba, harus memulai pertama dalam kompetisi tersebut. Atlet yang tidak melakukan
sesuai prosedur bisa tereliminasi oleh Ground Jury. (Artikel 241.4.4).
6. In the event of equality for first place, the athletes will be placed equal first, unless there
is specifi provision for jump-off in the schedule of the Event

October 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “the Competition”).
B. I/we know of, and acknowledge that my child/ward knows of, the risk involved in the athletic participation,
understand that serious injury, permanent disability and even death, is possible in such participation and
choose to accept any and all responsibility for his/her safety and welfare while participating in athletics.
With full understanding of the risks involved, I‟we release and hold harmless Cinta Indonesia Open 2018,
26th – 28th October 2018 and its respective members, directors, agents,
employees, associates, staffs, sponsors and independent contractors all responsibility and liability for any
injury claim resulting from the such athletic participation and agree to take no legal action against the
Cinta Indonesia Open 2018, 26th – 28th October 2018 because of any accident or mishap involving the
athletic participation of my child/ward. I/we authorize emergency medical treatment for my child/ward
should the need arise for such treatment while my child/ward is competing. I/we further hereby authorized
the use or disclosure my child‟s/ward‟s individually identifiable health information should treatment for
illness or injury become necessary. I/we consent to the disclosure, by the Cinta Indonesia Open 2018,
26th – 28th October 2018 of all records relevant to his/her athletic eligibility including, but not limited to,
his/her records relating the results, age, discipline, finances and residence.
C. I‟ve grant the Cinta Indonesia Cinta Indonesia Open 2018, 26th – 28th October 2018 the right to
photograph and/or videotape my child/ward and further to use said child‟s/ward‟s name, face,
likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising, promotional
and commercial materials without reservation or limitation. Cinta Indonesia Open 2018, 26th – 28th
October 2018 , however, is under no obligation to exercise said rights herein.
D. I/we understand that the authorizations and rights granted herein are voluntary and that I/we may
revoke and or all of them at any time by submitting said revocation in writing to the Cinta Indonesia
Open 2018, 26th – 28th October 2018 . By doing so, however, I/we understand that my/our
child/ward will no longer be eligible for participation in any competitions.

In consideration of Cinta Indonesia Open 2018, 26th – 28th October 2018 the Organizing Committee (hereinafter
referred to as “the Organizer”) granting me permission to participation in Cinta Indonesia Open 2018, 26th – 28th
October 2018 (hereinafter referred to as Cinta Indonesia Open 2018, 26th – 28th October 2018 , I agree: that prior
to participating in any event, I will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used by me during that event;
A. GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER
i. that prior to participating in any event, I will inspect the facilities and equipment to be used by me during
that event and agree that the facilities and equipment are in good condition;
ii. that I understand that I may be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including
permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result from my
actions or inactions, but also from the intentional or negligent acts of others, from the rules of Competition
and their application, from the condition of the premises and/or equipment, and from other causes now
unknown or not now reasonably foreseeable; and
iii. to fully release, discharge and hold harmless the Organizer and its respective members, directors, agents,
employees, associates, staffs and independent contractors from any and all claims, actions, liabilities and
causes of action which I may now have or which may accrue as a result of or incidental to my voluntary
participation in any of the sporting or non sporting activities incidental to or in connection with the
Competition.
B. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
i. to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Organizer as in force from time to time;
ii. to refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages or using any substances in a manner which would
decrease or impair my level of performance during my participation in the sporting activities of the
Competition;
iii. to refrain from unsportsmanlike conduct or any conduct bringing discredit upon the Competition including
without limitation physically or verbally assaulting or abusing any official, competitor, spectator, volunteer
or any person involved in the conduct and management of the Competition and that any such conduct
may meet with expulsion form the Competition and appropriate criminal or civil action against me; and
iv. to be filmed, photographed or interviewed as a participant in the Competition when requested to do so by
any officer or official of the Organizer.
v. I acknowledge that I execute this 'General Release of Liability and Waiver' and „Acknowledgement of
Rules and Regulations‟ freely and voluntary, and do not rely on any inducements, promises or
representations made by the aforementioned organization or individuals involved in the Competition, or
any person associated in any way with the Competition.
I do hereby declare that I am aware of the rules that are being adopted by the Organizer of the Cinta Indonesia
Open 2018, 26th – 28th October 2018 and that I shall abide by al the rules being adopted in the Cinta Indonesia
Open 2018, 26th – 28th October 2018 .
