Brunel has invested heavily in the development of an internet-based global client/candidate database to facilitate the speedy identification of suitably qualified and experienced candidates.

This database contains a profile of every candidates’ skills and experience in addition to personal details, contact information and résumé's and is utilised by all Brunel operational offices in 31 countries.

The database currently contains the details of 160,000 candidates worldwide, including Western expatriates, Asian expatriates and local candidates, and covers all major engineering and construction disciplines.
