• Diesel Requirement = 200 ltrs per day

• Fuel Cost = 200 * 60 = INR12,000 per day

Annual Maintenance Cost

• For Non AC buses = INR 4 per km

• Distance travelled = 5 * 8 * 365 = 14600

• AMC = INR 58,400 per bus

• Total AMC = INR 11,68,000

Labor Cost

• Driver + Helper = INR 20,000 per month

Total Variable Cost

• Annual Fuel Cost = INR 43,80,000

• AMC = INR 11,68,000

• Annual Labor Cost = INR 48,00,000
