Workflow Overview

A workflow is a process that allows for approval and/or notification of a change made in either employee self service or manager self service

– Examples: Address Change, Emergency Contact, Direct Deposit, Federal Tax

Workflow allows you to send proposed changes through a defined approval process

The approval process is based on organizational hierarchy

Only after final approval are the proposed actions taken and the employee’s record updated
