1. Cut the paper as quadrate. Make creases as shown (fold and unfold).

2. Fold the edges into the center.

3. Fold the top and the bottom in half, and then unfold.

4. Make creases as shown. Pull the corners out to make a boat shape.

It will look like this.

5. After making this shape, repeat step 4 on the top.

6. Fold the flaps. It will look like this. 7. Finished! Pin the Windmill on a straw.
