Find a meeting

Select “Find Meetings” to show list of meetings for your Organizational Unit.

Click on “Upcoming Meetings for my Section.”

You can “Edit,” or “Delete” the notice here. For example, if you want to show the meeting as being cancelled, click “Edit.”

Scroll to the bottom, where you will see the option to show the meeting as being cancelled.

Once you select to show the meeting as cancelled, you must click the “Change” button.

Now that the meeting will show as “cancelled,” scroll down on the page, and click “Edit.” We are doing this in order to actually delete the meeting.

Cancel an existing meeting

Scroll down, and select for a flag to appear adjacent to the meeting that will indicate that it has been cancelled. This flag is called the “Cancel Meeting Flag.”

Delete an existing meeting

Scroll down, and click on the “Delete” button

You may choose to completely delete the meeting. If so, follow the same steps to “edit” an existing meeting.
