English and Russian national cuisine.

Russian national cuisine

Russian cuisine is a very old culinary tradition with a rich history.

In Russia we are fond of soups - both cold and hot. Among the cold soups most popular - okroshka and tyurya, among hot - shchi (cabbage soup), ukha (fish), borsch (soup with beets), solyanka.

A great place in the menu occupies a variety of porridge and cereals.

In the past the Russians ate bread, fish, mushrooms, forest berries, vegetables, milk and the very rare meat.

Tatars and other Central Asian people brought to Rus ' tradition of cooking dumplings, meat and pies, smoked meat and fish, making tea.

Russian cuisine is famous for a variety of pancakes.

National cuisine of England

A traditional dish is a fish and fries (English version - " ‘Fish and Chips’).

One of the traditional dishes is also considered to be mashed potatoes with sausages (‘Bangers and Mash’). Sausages, as a rule, beef or pork.

English Breakfast usually consists of bacon, sausage, blood sausage, mushrooms, baked beans, potato pancakes, scrambled eggs, main ingredients may differ depending on the region.

English and Russian cuisine consists of natural products. A lot of people over the world love both Russian and English food.
