Budding Actors of Yellow House put their actingskills through an abridge play of William ShakespeareMerchant of Venice. The story revolved around twofriends and a notorious Jew Shylock and how wisePortia saved them from the clutches of Shylock. IshaKorde enacted the role of Portia presented her famousplea of Mercy in the court of Duke. Siddhi Dhawle,Rashmi Deshmukh, Bhavik Laddha, Manish Ahuja and Ayush Khandale performed othercharacters while Anjali Ghatol anchored the play. The action packed play won the hearts of theaudience. Their teacher Varsha Janorkar and Manish Morey guided the drama team.

YELLOWHOUSE :Soulful Dances, Skits, Presentation Eulogized Bollywood Stars

The programme began with inauguraldance and the welcome song. Then danceperformance was made on the melodioussongs of legendary actor Dilip Kumar. Deep

Kariya, Yash Wakhade, Sanskruti Nage,Purva Ingle, Manaswi Chatarkar, ShambhaviTapre, Khushi Gandhi, Jenil Lodhiya,Saheba Motwani, Ridhima Punde, RahulKhandare, Adibh Wirghat, ShreyashKharode, Srushti More, Naman Kate

enthralled the audience. It was followed by spectacular dance

performance of Ishwari Wakode andPranjal Zatale. It followed by a greatdance sequence by 33 dancers whothrilled on the famous song ‘MereSapano Ki Rani’and paid rich tributes

to the first Superstar of Indian CinemaRajesh Khanna. Their Guide TeacherLeena Ghumnani took efforts for the

excellent performance. After the dramapresentation, Prabhat’s 38

budding dancers performed

on ‘Jindagi Ek Safar Hai Suhana’a beautifulsong filmed on Charismatic Rajesh Khanna.Their Guide Teacher Vaishali Chaudhari tookefforts for the excellent performance.

Individual Performance Dazzled Kshitij Naik presented a humourous joke of

Mirza Beg. Arya Mankar presented a poem onHealthy Food. Atharv Mankar’s spiritedmimicry of versatile actor Nana Patekar won

applause. ‘Sholay Ki Basanti’performed byMansi Chaudhary won the hearts. LittleHansika Tehalramani’s act was enjoyed by theaudience. ‘Hoto Pai Aaise Bat’ song addedmelody to the complete programme. Theirteacher Chetna Deshmukh guided the dance.The students of Std. VI to IX presented elegantdances which were guided by their teachersSonali Pandey, Rashmi Dev and Monali Loya.

After covering thelegendary actors, theprogramme concludedwith dance number onthe songs picturized onAmitabh Bacchan andShah Rukh Khan.

Ankur Tiwari guidedwhile ChoreographerVijay put the song onrhythm. Onset, YellowHouse Warden SapnaGadekar, Asst. WardenMonali Watt, YellowHouse Captain PiyushIngle and Asst. HouseCaptain Samira Kolheinaugurated the programmeby lighting the traditionallamp. Vice Principal VrushaliWaghmare appreciated thecomplete performance ofYellow House.

Akola: Indian Cinema has been serving us a slice of our life with added flavours. Its actors and actresses have become role models forgenerations. To give rich tributes to iconic actors of Indian Cinema, Yellow House Funday was centred on the theme of Bollywood Actors.

In the celebration lasted around three and half hours, light was thrown on the hundreds years of Indian Cinema and its great actors.

Merchant of Venice Wooed the Audience

Yellow House’s next performance was HindiDrama ‘Atmavishwas Ki Takat’. Pointing out thestrength of Self Confidence, Hindi drama teampresented a story of visually challenged girls whoconquered her disability with strength of her selfconfidence. Prabhat’s amazing actors HarshalSharma, Jatin Kataria, Tejas Pandey, Raj Thakur,Somesh Mankar, Khushi Bhande, Alok Pagrut,Gunjan Patil, Janhvi Jayaswal, Sachi Junghare, Jai Deshmukh, Sakshi Mandale, KhushiDutonde and Purvja Chore performed the play. Their teacher Purva Sharma guided the play.

Atmavishwas Ki Takat

The complete performance reached to zenith by aspirited parody on Blockbuster Movie Bahubali.Nandini Mandaogade brilliantly performed the role ofRajmata, Atharv Sadafale Bhaubali while AtharvMankar enacted the role of Katappa. JanhviSathawane, Kshitij Naik, Parimal Tikar, ManishAahuja , Naman Kesan, Aditya Panditkar, YashMhaisane, Guru Kadu, Atharv Gaikwad and Vedant Gole put brilliant performances. Theirteachers Sandhya Kulkarni, Sheela Joshi and Anand Joshi guided the performance.

Again, Black & White Era’s melodious dance sequence by 30 dancers on‘Daiya Re Daiya’ dazzled the audience. Ashwini Mansute guided the team whileVijay Sir choreographed the songs.

The complete Music and action packed performance was made lively with interludes presented by anchors. Jay Zape created auraof Bollywood with his subtle mimcry of Bollywood actors. Sanskruti Toley, Anvi Jaybhaye, Durva Daga, Sharyu Chavhan, Shreyash N emadeand Janhavi Sathawane weaved the perfected magical spell.
